What is your opinion/counter argument on the finding of racial prejudice/bias in English cricket?

In analysing the ECB’s Inspiring Generations and South Asian Action Plan policies, the report “rejects the notion that the ECB has no option but to prioritise South Asian Cricket over and above Black cricket”. Page 122"

Gotta love how one race of people is given special attention despite the east Asian apparently receiving the "oppression" from the report.

Not concern trolling. I do feel this is relevant for us to discuss given it advances their narratives of "racism" and serves as an attack on an aspect of English identity.

I posted that last bit as a way of showing how pathetic and blatant the left's Afrophilia is given the report clearly would show east Asians as the "victims" but they can't help but to shill for their favourite race.
