Yeah I completely agree with 1st part.

What about Osama's confession? He explained his reasons. That's why I don't think Bush faked 9/11.

Do we know that he actually confessed in these tapesand this isnt some faked/repurposed footage?

Its not like we ever got to see his body either, since they allegedly threw it in the ocean

I don't find these confessions all that compelling. It's possible that

  1. Osama is/was an American-Israeli asset and this is part of the theater

  2. Osama was held captive at a US black site and this confession was coerced

  3. It's fake. The footage is low quality. This would be too easy.

  4. Osama was taking credit for something he didn't do

  5. Infinite more explanations

Don't the reasons make sense? It specifically mentioned Israel and US troops in Mecca/Medina. I would be doubtful if Israel motive was missing, but it is specifically mentioned.

I never heard al-Qaeda or Taliban claim it is fake. al-Qaeda continued with more terrorist attacks like Bali Bombings and Madrid Bombings with the same reasoning.

"We" being the public? There were some good reasons for dumping it into the ocean once we got the DNA evidence. Get rid of it fast so as to not have something physical or even pictures to get Al-Qaeda riled up. Also, it was said that he had plastic surgery done to try to disguise his appearance.

There are photos and DNA evidence, but again, releasing that could create more fervor amongst those on the other side.

Who was Commander-In-Chief when Osama Bin Laden was killed? He and his administration was running the U.S. military and making those decisions.

Oh yeah, they were terrified of Al-Qaeda, but now that we're ONLY dealing with Russia and thousands of nukes, some on hypersonic missiles, it's no problem poking THAT harmless bear.
