You are comparing the wealthiest, most well organized, aggressively ambitious, ethnocentric, sharpest elbowed group on earth, who already had a near stranglehold on western media, to a mostly illiterate group of scattered nomads that had zero wealth, zero influence, zero organization, zero media influence, and no real ambition.

The answer should be obvious. Jews also have the advantage of having an established religion attached to their ethnic identity, so they could call for the establishment of what is essentially an ethnostate under the guise of religion. I don't even know any gypsies but as far as I can tell they never had any desire for any kind of state, nor are they supremacists like Zionists are. I also don't think there are that many Gypsies worldwide, certainly far fewer than Jews.
