If the vax really is this population killer designed by the elites, why isn't Israel being affected by it?

Data from the Israel Ministry of Health shows that hundreds were dying every month as a result of complications from the vaccine. In one particular month, they recorded 307 deaths among the vaccinated, and 83 deaths among the boosted. If that trend has held steady over time, that means that thousands of Israelis have died so far.
