I've seen people say this happens all the time but it's just being reported now because of the conspiracies about supply chains etc. I don't know if it's true or what, I'm sure there's some blogs out there comparing instances throughout the years of these kinds of things which can prove it one way or the other.

Anyone know of anything?

The food shortages seem to be unique to this year. When i go to walmart, the selection and supply of food is noticeably less and certain items are perpetually out of stock right now. I can think of numerous items they have been out of for months. For example, they didnt have store brand box mac and cheese for 3 months.

Is it because of food processing facility fires? Maybe. Or it could be transportation issues. I am just pointing out 2022 is not a normal food year, which at least supports the scizo theory to some extent.

We have had shortages since covid as well, but covid has been slowly fading away while shortages seem to be getting worse.
