There was a Red Ice video from a while back where Lana simply said "So what if the population decreases? That's happened over and over again in history and cultures survived it." It makes me wonder if this idea of "population decline = death" comes from the "permanent growth" model that undergirds global capitalism. Is it so baked into our thinking that growth is essential for survival that we can't even imagine the growth coming to a halt?

It comes from that, and from our fellow whites like Barbara Spectre who want to use demographic decline to permanently replace Europeans simply out of genocidal spite.
