So it's not shocking that a race, with a very High IQ, invents a culture, that heavily frowns upon the use and trafficking of illicit drugs.

I guess that makes sense. The total could be similar, but since the population is smaller in Jamaica, the percentages are vast.

So it's not shocking that a race, with a very High IQ, invents a culture, that heavily frowns upon the use and trafficking of illicit drugs.

It seems like you're implying that races with high IQ can make societies like Japan, or at the very least, all asians. Which would suggest that they would all have harsh drug laws.

Japan's IQ is 105. The only other Asian countries that come close are China (104), South Korea (106), Taiwan (106) & Singapore (108).

And yes, I find all these nations to be comparable to one another. Proof? All these nations were literally destroyed at the end of WW2, yet within 70 years, they all built themselves up rather quickly and they continue to outperform the Western hemisphere.

See above. But yes, these societies crack down on illegal substances hard. Especially as they come with a death sentence.

Interesting that, all of those countries were ravaged by Japan (besides Japan, obviously).
