I seem to remember someone months ago claiming that general users couldn't create their own communities.

When communities.win started I tried to make a DAR sub but couldn't. The fact that regular users can't create new communities shows you that the site is just a big distraction. They need a place for right wingers to go on the internet that are safe from subjects they deem unfit for goyim ears. Communities.win smells like controlled op to me. Intentionally or not, /u/magnora7 is creating the same 'safe' for (((investors))) space here on saidit.

I suppose the easiest way around this is just to post in an inactive community like https://communities.win/c/fascism. The only problems are that none of us would have moderator privileges. And thus that we can't change the community name or sidebar.

My suspicion is if we all started collectively posting on any sub there we'd eventually just get banned individually. c/fascism is probably only allow on there to provide the illusion of debate.

I suspect that a person first has to buy a .win web domain and then install whatever software is required in there.

If this is true why are there no guides on the site on how to do it?

There are subs for NS that seem pretty decent and untouched by moderation, but probably just less active since most of the userbase would be reddit cuckservatives. Passes the litmus test for whether it's gonna be kiked content wise imo. Data collection wise idk I have no idea who funds the site or did the recent makeover. I hit up this one consumeproduct mod I knew from reddit to see how to do it I'll let you guys know what he says.

Edit: Front page comment threads are all pretty based and no censorship I think it's probably better than here

Some of the very same communities that were banned from Reddit around or before the same time as this one are doing fine there, though.

https://consumeproduct.win seems very active. However, that was also a Ruqqus guild which reached over 5000+ members, and since I can't find (if even possible) the member count of a community, it's difficult to determine whether they're prospering greater than before.

https://kotakuinaction2.win/ also seems fine. That group only had a small Ruqqus presence (inactive guild of 297 members when I last checked) and never moved en masse to Saidit. Both of their Saidit subs are inactive. So I suppose that community can't really be compared to anything but https://reddit.com/r/kotakuinaction2, which has been set to private.

It does appear that not all communities are separate domains. For example, IP2Always.win apparently used to work, but now that community only can only be reached by https://communities.win/c/IP2Always. c/IP2Always is on the 'communities.win' domain rather than on their own domain.

c/IP2Always is of course related to the private subsaidit that mysteriously 'had' to be banned. So if they were too 'toxic' or whatever for Saidit's host and yet they are doing fine on .win along with these other communities, I'm not seeing why we wouldn't do the same if we were actually able to get on there.

As an aside, these Trumptards complaining about 'Nazis' being everywhere is also hilarious, and somehow a thread on that specific topic reached 432 comments as of writing this:

That looks like a user that was posting content that didn't fit a particular sub. As an admin I would have supported the mod decision to ban him.

From what C said in another thread, he just wants to keep the default subs normie friendly and apolitical. And that any particular ideology should be promoted within their respective communities. I think going to either extreme would stifle growth, he'd have a better time allowing all viewpoints but restricting the intensity based on context. Like there's no reason that c/funny couldn't have implicitly racist or anti-semitic jokes, that kind of stuff was mainstream until very recently. His assumption of what apolitical means is inherently political, and his assumption that divisive content stifles growth among normies is completely wrong based on what I've seen on normie social media. If the kikes didn't take over tik tok moderation the zoomers wouldn't be so gay.
