Yeah not surprising. Putin's Russia may have dabbled somewhat in ethno-nationalism by ensuring Russians as "the founding peoples" in the constitution but he is still the guy that quotes MLK in his speeches and condemns the US for their "treatment of blacks". Granted some of this may just be to upset the US but he's really more of a civic-nationalist.

Putin does not need to be the "savior of whites", he only needs to help end American global domination to help our cause

I think rhetorical moves like this are more anti-nationalist than the open use of CRT ideology in places like the US, for example.
