'Progress' implies positive change. When the metric is 'what's good for white people' the western world has not progressed. It's gotten worse for us. Progress in the modern age simply means less white people, less property for whites, fewer rights for whites and especially less white culture. Devon Stack has talked about this in several of his videos. One way to sell consumerism, degeneracy, atheism, hedonism, feminism, and all other types of horseshit is to dress it up as 'progress'. Anyone that oppose these changes are framed as wanting to take the herd 'into the past'. If I can find one of those videos where Devon talked about this I'll share it out.

You can argue multiple angles that technological progress is also not really 'progress'.
