Buuuuut that hierarchy has to be as meritocratic as possible and can’t be based on rich daddies handing down their jobs over generations to undeserving spoilt sons, even if they’re White. If you want a strong, unified nation the working class has to be treated fairly, they’re the backbone of the nation after all.
