Right-on.

One of the most redpilling experiences for me was browsing /r/Libertarian on reddit. In keeping with their principles, they allowed anyone to comment and post, even people who hated libertarianism.

In short order the sub was completely overrun with communists who would never be so accepting on their own subs.

On the other hand you had 8ch which wasn't overrun by communists, but allowed blatant fedposters and ended up getting shut down over it.

These experiences and others are why I believe absolute free speech isn't enough on its own, you need quality and direction, and for that you need moderation.
