This sounds a bit like cultural relativism but I didn't take you as cultural relativist. Maybe you can explain a bit more what you mean here?

Personally I think there are all types of evil. Evil because someone wants power is certainly one of those types. I do think there is a way to pursue both group and individual power in a moral way.

I agree with Nietzsche that there is a "good and bad" dichotomy, not a "good and evil" one. And yes, I am a cultural relativist in a way. The solution to that is to affirm your own values, not descend into nihilism.
