Why is Brazil's IQ only 87 and its so shitty when they're on average 70% European?

Because that other 30% is dragging it down. African genes are weapons of mass destruction. Literally worse than nukes.

Portugal has the lowest IQ in Western Europe, only 94

Don't they have some African genes too?

African-Americans have an average IQ of 85. That's literally a 2 point difference with Brazil, despite Brazil being 70% European.

You're comparing the IQ of American blacks with all people in Brazil. Why?

Since American blacks achieve a similar IQ as a nation that is 70% European, the small 20% African population isn't lowering it as much as you think.

There's a big difference between a nation that has 70% Europeans as part of its population, and a nation that has 70% of its population having some European DNA. Brazil is the latter.

The population isn't 70% full-blooded Europeans, but what I gathered from the study is that the mean European DNA among the entire population was 70%. As in the European DNA from mixed individuals and whites then totaled and compared to the rest.

To reduce the potential of bias from studies with different sampling methods, we calculated the mean genetic ancestry weighted by the number of individuals. The weighted mean proportions of European, African, and Native American ancestries were 68.1%, 19.6%, and 11.6%, respectively.

A mixed race individual has an average IQ the mean between both races. As an example a mulatto in the US has an average IQ of 92.5 which is the mean between African-American and Northwest Euro IQ. If you have 5 American blacks and 5 whites in group A the average IQ of group A is 92.5. If you have 10 mulattoes in group B the average IQ in group B is also 92.5.

Both group A and group B have the same mean of European DNA.
