Libertarians are a tiny, largely irrelevant niche made up mostly of wanna be elites. The real worry for actual elites is an alliance of the populist right and populist left against a common enemy. This is kept in check through divisive racial identity politics promoted through media, Hollywood and astroturfed social media. It's generally been successful, and we will undoubtedly see more of the same as establishment lefty gatekeepers, in the media and big tech continually use these racial wedge issues as a litmus test for being a card carrying member of the left-which means the difference between being promoted on controlled social media like reddit/facebook and on youtube, and deplatformed and silenced.

You see this with antifa adjacent social media figures who are already trying to smear the wallstreetbets crowd as evil nazis and racists that must never be cooperated with. Some of their more obnoxious and aggressive media promoted operatives are already issuing veiled threats and ramping up their rhetoric against populist leftists. Those that dont get the message will be increasingly targeted, and you can expect they are anxiously awaiting the next black martyr to rile up woke activists to distract and intimidate economic populists.
