He's submitting that Dugin created a facade behind which he controls Putin, Putin is a "Jew" and they're going to instigate a fresh Khazarian Empire.

I can't exactly dispute enough about it because most geopolitics isn't exactly my thing (outside of certain nuance), but I will say that I can agree about the end game. I'm not certain he's really got the exact players right, as I'm pretty confident there's plenty of other groups that have decent influence, to some degrees which override the "Jewish" influences, but things certainly aren't hegemonic and they never have been.

Israel and Jerusalem are the answer here. Cabala teaches that Jerusalem will be the seat of the world. What was it that Ben Gurion predicted 80 years ago? He said that Russia would become a Federation, the US a welfare state and Jerusalem the capitol of the world as prophesied in Isaiah and she would SORT OUT all Nation state differences under the supreme court of mankind. The Khazarian empire would entail this. The US is a part of this goal and her major internationalists plan on destroying the US economically enough to completely annihilate her empire status. The US will still take a place in this empire but it will be in a weakened position. This is an international agenda so obviously there are many politicians within the sphere of unipolarism who will oppose such an aspiration.

It's more like Jerusalem was the seat of the world.
We're venturing in to the allegory now.

You're nearing speculation quickly and this is where it gets fuzzy.
