It's definitely drawing near. All the trends are pointing to the implosion of liberalism.

You're very optimistic, friend. I don't think liberalism will go away after the implosion of USA at all.

Why not? Unless the EU somehow magically federalises, I can't imagine global liberalism outlasting the USA by more than ten or fifteen years at most. What will come to replace it is of course another question entirely. Perhaps we will just get a whole bunch of Pinochets and authoritarian boomercons all over Europe.

It's certainly within realm of possibility, especially if Russia and China step up their game. However, in Western/Mid Europe it will definitely stay for a while, since politicians there know how obfuscation of power is great way of keeping it, and are more sensible than American jignat sellouts, they have better grasp at soft-hard power dynamics.
