This is a piece from 2014 but it's never been more relevant. In my opinion right-wing eurosceptic populism is a dead-end. It's a good sign that the national populists in Europe are leaving it behind and are starting to think in a more Pan-Europeanist direction. We should look to the radical right's rich tradition of Pan-Europeanist thought. It's in urgent need of a much deserved revival.
