The one thing I hate hearing all the time is about it just being stuff or your property. It really goes to show the high time preference thinking these people have.

Imagine if every generation instead of inheriting everything we had to start from scratch. This is what they're advocating. You wouldn't have any of those multi-generational works of art and architecture that are still standing. That whole "Great Reset" coming into common use makes more sense in that context.

Your property and whatever you do leave for your family and friends, is the product of all of your time. Destroying property is the destruction of someone's life, bit by bit. If it's made right by insurance, then that's just the small product of a lot of people's time.

There shouldn't have to be special circumstances where people that destroy other people's property are allowed to be shot, it should be the normal standard.

Definitely. Property is an extension of a person.
