We are now in 2020, non european new borns might have passed over 40% now, are the people blind, do they not see the demographics in schools and vote accordingly?

Fdesouche had found that 31.5% of newborns were tested for sickle-cell in 2010, rising to 39.4% in 2016

What makes you doubt it? From 2010 to 2016, in just 6 years non whites grew from 31.5 to 39.4%, these numbers are astonishing.
