Will keep repeating axioms that mean a return to colorblind principles while color-aware people violate every single principle imaginable.

Exactly. Any response other than, “So the racists were right after all” means no progress has been made.

“All lives matter,” in response to blacks pack-attacking elderly white people.

“I thought we fixed segregation 50 years ago,” in response to black CHAZ demanding their own garden and safe spaces.

I’m struggling to find the adjective to describe these responses. I want to call them “equivocating responses” but I know that’s not the word. What the heck is the word?
