Its almost certainly not her. It would make zero sense for Maxwell to post about shit like this on reddit, especially after facing legal fallout from her Epstein escapades, and then including her own name in her reddit name? That sounds incredibly far fetched.

The woman is obviously extremely arrogant and entitled, and has some mental issues so I wouldnt completely rule it out, but why would a rich socialite hang out obsessively with basement dwelling bugmen on reddit in the middle of this scandal? Using occam's razor its far more likely this is a trolling operation or just coincidence combined with people's overactive imagination.

Her account is 13 years old. Reddit was a baby then, it's possible she just never changed her account name as it grew in prominence

It may not be her, totally could not be - but there are a lot of cohencidences here. Still no posts since she was arrested

The Newhouse family has owned Conde Nast since 1959. Robert Maxwell owned Macmillan Publishing, ran it into the ground, and it was absorbed by McGraw-Hill in 1993.
