Who is more likely to have an IQ of 130, a white man or a black man? If you were living in a black nation do you think you'd be able to hang out with anyone that has a 130 IQ? IQ supremacists need to acknowledge that even if they got their IQ supremacist utopia, which will never happen but I'll humour you, it would be filled with Asians and Whites, with maybe a handful of blacks at best spattered about.

On average pretty clearly a white man.

Yes. There would be many of them, and also 140 IQ, even 150 IQ, perhaps higher among them. One of my black university friends has taken WAIS-IV and was measured to be 142 alone. No doubt a nation of black people I could encounter one if I tried.
