Brazil would be a much better country if it was organized according to the societal hierarchy with modern psychometrics as I've discussed already. Besides that, Brazil isn't a good example because one, the world would still have unique or semi-unique races (up to the people and their freedom to choose who to marry). Two, the world would have a different genetic mix than what is limited to Brazil.

On average pretty clearly a white man.

Yes. There would be many of them, and also 140 IQ, even 150 IQ, perhaps higher among them. One of my black university friends has taken WAIS-IV and was measured to be 142 alone. No doubt a nation of black people I could encounter one if I tried.

The capacity for reasonable discussion and debate in good faith in /r/DAR far exceeded practically any political sub on reddit.

That's a pretty damn low bar to set. In all honesty it was still awful due to the janny's censorship on Reddit which thankfully won't exist as much on this platform due to the ease of account creation and lack of needing an email.

How hard is it to make a fake e-mail account?

You don't need an email at all on this site. It's optional. Reddit admins can also ban based on multiple accounts associated with an email leading to having to make additional emails, overall just a waste of time. At least here the registration process takes about 3 seconds so it's easy for me to have debates without being censored.
