Yes, it's the same in the UK and other developed countries. I've often had to explain this to both shitlibs, who think it's down to the "legacy of slavery", and American conservatards who think it's because of "Democrats-run cities".

At some point, you just have to apply Occam's Razor and reach the obvious conclusion. It's not because of a conspiracy.
