It was supper clear to everyone watching that it was an event controlled entirely by outside counties. I remember the reporting, the foreign mercenaries, the controversy over snipers, and how "protesters" and Ukrainian police alike were cornered and being shot at by mystery forces, while the media did a terrible job pretending they were shooting at each other.

I remember the foreign mercenary snipers being outed, then the news trying to cover it up by saying their kills were too sloppy to be mercenary snipers (they shot protesters and police;both sides). I remember from then on, everything was a leg-shot kill.

The problem is that too long has passed and the public has a memory like a goldfish.

We must remember, this happened as a result of the elected Ukrainian government choosing a trade deal with Russia, instead of the UN. The US+UN trade deal was terrible and had tons of strings.

Nah, I was watching and it wasn't clear to me. I still haven't seen any evidence that it was a coup and not a revolution of dignity.

Yanukovic cancelled elections. That tends to annoy people. You'd think that if Yanukovic really cared about preventing being ousted, he wouldn't have cancelled elections. In fact you could almost say that Yanukovic and Putin engineered the maidan revolution of dignity

When he decided against our trade deal, we let loose with the standard dog-pile attack from all directions and it resulted in chaos for his country and him losing control enough for us to swipe it.

He had already approached the UN and Russia looking for a trade deal to keep the country afloat, as they were broke and in debt. We knew he was vulnerable and when he said, "no", we beat him like a homeless man asking for a dollar.

Who is "he"? Yanukovic?

What the fuck are you talking about "dog pile from all directions" - those are the civilised european kyivan rus citizens of Ukraine. Not dogs.

The Ukrainian people held a free and fair election and made the chocolatier president. He didn't survive the second election. Some coup! Some coup to install a chocolatier who couldn't win the coup'd free and fair election. What crazy bs you have come to believe

To dog-pile is a technique to subvert and ultimately overwhelm opponents with a bunch of accusations, distractions, and controversy, rather than a direct and overt attack. Similar to the debating technique of the Gish-gallop, and the media strategy of Yellow Journalism.

Most people think of a dog-pile in terms of Internet forum brigading attacks.

Yes, they probably killed most actual Ukrainians by now. They've bombed Eastern Ukrainian for a decade, killing hundreds of thousands most years in their cleansing efforts.

Okay well you can let us all know how internet Gish gallop is in any way related to the lies you told about the maidan revolution of dignity? Why on earth did you bring it up

Either pay attention or stop trolling playing dumb. This is grown up talk.

A what?

To dog-pile is a technique to subvert and ultimately overwhelm opponents with a bunch of accusations, distractions

Okay to be clear. You're saying that you know the west staged the revolution of dignity because somebody made an accusation. And also someone tried to distract you.

How did they distract you. Did they flash a big light at you while you were trying to focus on Yanukovic's political theory. And you thought - oh it's the west, distracting me again, and therefore the revolution of dignity was a psyop

This is grown up talk

You say that, yet as we've seen, you employ the reasoning skills of a child. Ooh the bad west tried to distract me with a superhero movie! Such a child.

Ukrainian Embassy in Paris asked for this documentary to be taken off air. What were the Ukrainian authorities so afraid of? Maybe the truth? Until now Europe does not know all of what actually happened and continues to happen in Kiev and across the country as a whole. This documentary film directed by Paul Moreira, tells the story of the tragic events that took place in Odessa: the fire in the House of Trade Unions and the burning of at least 48 people (according to official figures) and 300 (unofficial sources). Moreira said that his aim was to show the world the bloody history of Ukraine and Odessa in particular: "In the heart of Europe, people are burned alive and everyone is silent about that."
