I know not everyone is as good a reader as the average internet user. So if you think you made a point that wasn't addressed, feel free to point it out and I'll help you with your comprehension. Because, just FYI, there were no points you made which weren't addressed by me. Meanwhile, you read (or tried to) all of my points, then just said it was CNN. So I can see you're really struggling with holding a conversation here, happy to help if you just ask for it.

Here I can get us started....

  1. He raped his wife

  2. He groped and spied on pageant contestants

  3. He rode with and partied with Epstein

  4. He probably killed Epstein

  5. He issued a mafia warning to Maxwell

You can just pick any number and try to respond to it. If you don't know what a word means, just ask, I won't shame you, i know lots of people have trouble reading just like you.

Lol. It's funny that you can't explain why you let pedo rapist trump off the hook while holding other lolita passengers accountable. So you have to try and inject other topics and pretend this is about the media.

Let's ignore your CNN comment and return to the topic at hand.

Trump raped his wife

He admitted to groping and spying on Ms America contestants

He rode lolita express over and over and over again

He partied with Epstein and Maxwell over and over and over again

He was the most powerful man in the nation when Epstein was killed. He had every reason to kill him, and was the world's most equipped to cover it up

He issued his mafia warning to Maxwell

The evidence is truly stacked against pedo rapist sex pest trump, isnt it. You had better try and swing the conversation onto a different topic fast, quick, say this is all CNN again

Are you extended that same graciousness to everyone who flew on lolita express? You are, right?

Is it your opinion, that someone flying many times on the lolita express, can make up for their pedo crimes by "cutting ties"? Would you clear the Clintons of any wrongdoing if they had just cut ties?

If Epstein didn't kill himself then the president did. Trump then gave Ghislaine the mafia warning of "I hope she'll stay safe by remembering what happened to Jeff" or whatever the fuck he said. He did it. Because he's a sex pest pedo criminal who even raped his own wife.

It should be really easy for you to condense a handful of actual claims asserted in your video and provide the evidence/sources. Wait - aren't there democrats in the senate? Couldn't this be a trick? Never fear my friend P-38, because this Senate Intelligence Committee was ran and led by good honest Republicans.

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/08/18/us/politics/trump-russia-senate.html

“While there were several problems with the F.B.I.’s FISA renewals for Page, the committee assesses that "Page’s previous ties to Russian intelligence officers, coupled with his Russian travel, justified the F.B.I.’s initial concerns about Page.

While finding that he played an insignificant role in the Trump campaign, the report concluded that the Russians may have thought he was more important than he was. The committee also expressed frustration at Mr. Page’s evasiveness, saying that he was unable to account for his time during visits to Moscow and altered documents, and that his “responses to basic questions were meandering, avoidant and involved several long diversions.” Both parties concluded that despite the later problems with the wiretap applications, the F.B.I. was justified in having counterintelligence concerns about him.

Oh Huh. Seems like this isn't such great conspiracy material after all.

His broad general conspiracies are correct thought. He knows a lot about corruption

No, he riffs and invents stuff based on what he heard on tucker, his parents' Bircher groups and Q chats.

Seriously, name a single time he was correct about general conspiracy or corruption? We can talk about what kind of decision-making led him to that conclusion and I think you'll see, he's a totally unreliable source of information. Even in deposition and the witness box, when that question was put to Alex - what were you right about? - he says only the gulf of Tonkin and Jussie Smollet.

Well, the gulf of Tonkin event happened probably before Alex was born and certainly before he picked up a mic. And because Alex takes the racist position on literally every opportunity, he happened to be correct about Smollet. But his racism has caused him to be wrong far more times.

Dude sorry but this is seriously dumb.

First of all, the article behind the controversy is here

https://web.archive.org/web/20211128214718/https:/www.un.org/en/chronicle/article/benefits-world-hunger

It's written by George Kent. He doesn't seem like a very stable guy, from his students.

https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/ShowRatings.jsp?tid=391524

From bio here https://iprafoundation.org/george-kent/

He has worked as a consultant with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the United Nations Children’s Fund, and several civil society organizations. He is part of the Working Group on Nutrition, Ethics, and Human Rights of the United Nations System Standing Committee on Nutrition. He is on the Governing Board of the Hawai’i Food Policy Council, which he helped to start in November 2010

This is not a guy who wants to deprive people of food.

He expanded on his thoughts in this book

https://www.unscn.org/5?idnews=1377

Book – Caring About Hunger by George Kent

In a world of abundant resources and wealth, hunger cannot be understood simply as a problem of food production. It is also a matter of human relations. Hunger grows out of widespread indifference and exploitation. The goal of ending hunger has been achieved in many places, including places where people are poor. In stable, strong communities, where people care about one another’s well-being, no one goes hungry. That caring is further strengthened when people work and play together. This insight tells us the direction we need to take to move toward a world without hunger. The problem of global hunger will be solved when we learn to live well together.

Whatever you think about him, this is not a person trying to starve the world.

So let's talk about the UN. If we're to believe this blog, Kent's article is proof that the UN are trying to starve people (even though that's not what the article says).

The UN is trying to starve people? So why the fuck do they have a billion dollar food program?

https://www.wfp.org/

Around 115million peoples' hunger has been lessened by the UN. Are they doing this accidentally do you think? Intending to starve 115million people but accidentally giving them food instead of taking it away?

Finally the headline is totally bogus. At no time in Kent's whacky career did he suggest or prove a "global elite". You're taking your idea of the illuminati or freemasons or whatever and applying it over Kent's article. That's your conspiracy theory. It's something you are applying to the text, a preconception which you bought to the discussion.

Anyway. This is dumb. A 15 year old weird article from a weird guy who works in food programs is not proof of your imaginary paranoid worldview. Go and re-read his weird article on the archive link above, we can debate it on its merits if you're interested, it could probably give rise to some good conversation. But it's not proof of anything more than, this Kent guy is a bit weird.

That's like saying an actor or a newsman psychologically damaged me with his acting or reporting.

The actor in this scenario would have to be already guilty of defamation against you. And if you can convince the jury that it gives rise to damages, then it's proven under law.

Nobody Died at Sandy Hook

Actually that book played a part in the trial, because Alex Jones tried to profit off of selling it while fanning the flames of his conspiracy theory. And because they had emails discussing book sales against sandy hook coverage, it was shown that infowars were trying to directly profit from their defamation.

You seem to have been convinced by Alex Jones that the school shooting was a false flag.

Jump to 1 hour 9 minutes in this video. It's Alex Jones under deposition for this case.

https://youtu.be/xCnPDSHZR6c

Let's go through how Alex Jones lied to you. Jim Fetzer's book, which you linked, gets a few namedrops.

  1. "No web traffic on way back machine for the school" - Alex acknowledges that's not actual web traffic but the count of way back machine crawls. These screenshots were taken from Fetzer and the book you linked.

  2. "The school was shut down for those years". Alex acknowledges that he doesn't know why he thinks this. He just said it anyway. In fact it's another lie from the Fetzer book you linked.

  3. "Kids going in circles". Alex when pushed agreed that these weren't kids on the video and wasn't sandy hook elementary and weren't going in circles. He says he relied on Halbig and Fetzer.

  4. "Emergency helicopters weren't called". Alex says he doesn't actually know if helicopters were called, if they responded, or if ambulances would have been quicker.

  5. "Split screen interview pretended they were in the same location". Alex didn't look closely enough to notice the same vehicle go past both shots.

  6. "Anderson Cooper's nose". Alex agrees he made no effort to check whether this was blue screen or just a compression artefact. He just said it anyway.

  7. "Bloomberg sent an email". Alex was asked multiple times to show this email and keep fluffing.

It just goes on and on.... seriously, watch the video. And the rest on the channel are great too.

And if you thought sandy hook was true....why the hell wouldn't Alex Jones put up any legal defence? Why would he go five years never responding to discovery or sending a real corporate representative? He knows it's all bullshit, he just managed to fool you.

Hello send_nasty_stuff,

First of all, they did show damage. A forensic psychologist who was involved in both Helin's and Lewis' treatment (the dad and mom) talked the jury through the psychological damage which Alex had caused.

A little tangent - not totally caused by Alex of course, but also "batshit insane" (their words from internal emails) Wolfgang Halbig and "the kraken" Dan Bidondi, both of whom had been to personally harrass the sandy hook families. Both were on the infowars payroll in one way or another. Both were dangerously and maliciously given airtime by infowars during a time period in which their own internal emails acknowledged that they were crazy liars.

So once Alex both defamed the victims personally, and tried to cash in on the conspiracy theories surrounding sandy hook via the Halbig and Bidondi proxies, the victims needed counselling.

They needed counselling already, their son died! You might shout. But the forensic psych explained exactly how Alex's actions (plus the many Americans he'd convinced) aggravated their trauma.

So there's your damages.

And that's even before acknowledging how awful and stomach turning your post even is. You have two bereaved parents, who up to 25% of Americans have been convinced are liars by the defendant. They talked about how people would recognise them and turn hostile, how there had been shootings by Alex Jones -inspired crazies at their homes, how the gaslighting of a conman stole their son's last moments from them. You had Owen Shroyer live on infowars laughing at the idea Heslin held his dead son (the only clip within statue of limitations, by the way. If Owen hadn't been so disgusting the whole case wouldn't have happened). So given what these parents went through, the idea that you could sit there and doubt they had any damages is just plain inhumane. Of course they had damages. What world do you live in, where they might not have had damages? What a horrid thing to even say.

[–]Site_rly_sux 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Hi Jingles.

First of all, the judge was right to instruct the jury that Alex (free speech systems LLC) was guilty.

This is because after five years of not answering production requests, and providing totally inadequate corporate depositions, Alex (fss LLC) waived their right to defend themselves. If they wanted to put up a defense, they could have done so during the five years in which they were pretending it would all just go away.

THAT ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS TO FIGURE OUT HIS SETTLEMENT AMOUNT

Yup, that was what the jury was in the room for. Travis County was paying them to not attend their normal day jobs, so they could answer, how much damages + punitive Alex/fss owed. So that was a good and correct instruction to give the jury.

NOT BANKRUPT AND THAT HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO SAY THAT HE IS BANKRUPT

Alex is not bankrupt and was not allowed to give false testimony. It's not a rule that's only about Alex - actually nobody is allowed to give false sworn testimony. I think if you consider it for a minute, you'll see, it's a good rule.

THAT HE CAN SAY THAT HE IS THE EASTER BUNNY, IF THAT IS WHAT HE WANTS TO SAY...

Yes! He can! He can say that all day if he wants! Because that's not defamatory and nobody would have legal cause to sue. Once he starts making defamatory statements, he is liable to be hauled before a jury damages trial.

THIS IS A KANGAROO COURT.

I'll tell you what's especially degrading to the legal system - ignoring production for five years, ignoring your lawsuits, hoping it will all go away, and then lying on the stand.

If you want to complain that this trial has been bad for the legal system, it's 100% Alex to blame.

Alex had every chance to produce documents. To prepare a corporate rep for deposition. If he had, the trial would have been about liability, and the jury would have been asked whether or not he's guilty. Instead Alex chose to ignore court orders to produce, and now he faces the consequence for his actions.

[–]Site_rly_sux 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

But this case was obviously an abuse of justice.

But I thought you had an interest in rule of law and free speech? Wouldn't you have taken 5 minutes to understand the why the case skipped liability and moved straight to damages? Why didn't you just take a moment to reward your strong interest, and figure out how FIVE YEARS of ignoring production requests and court orders would lead to a default judgement?

I disagree with Alex Jones on most subjects and I am not interested in defending him personally.

Weird, because you strongly agree with him on these rule of law and free speech issues, two topics very close to your heart.

  1. Yes, not quite Stalin level since they still had a jury.

Oh ok so you're walking back when you called it a Stalinist show trial. This is you admitting you were wrong about that. Ok

  1. I picked that video because the judge is so obviously an insane bitch with no respect for rule of law.

Where in the video does any of that happen? The video which you selected and linked, shows a judge keeping good order and decorum in her courtroom. Is there another one you saw and forgot to share which shows her "obviously an insane bitch"? Do you think total disregard for rule of law, often inspires family court lawyers to become a judge, or are you going to agree that this needs walking back too?

  1. All I know is about this particular case. You seem to have much more interest in Alex Jones than I do. But this case was obviously an abuse of justice.

If so, Alex was behind 100% of the abuse. Alex didn't respond to his lawsuit and got defaulted. That's a good and normal part of the legal code and COMMON LAW. Obviously, with your interest in law, you have some good jurisprudence as to why it's ok to ignore a lawsuit and hope it goes away. You said you know this case was OBVIOUSLY an abuse of justice, so id like to hear you explain, why is it ok for Alex to ignore his lawsuits, but abusive for the plaintiffs to move for default? Should they have waited ten years when it was obvious he wasn't going to respond after five? Please explain.

Alex had the best part of five years to defend himself. During that time he cycled through about 11 lawyers, including Bobby Barnes who Infowars has said in affidavit they're planning to sue for his terrible performance. They send Rob Dew as corporate deposition representative TWICE and neither time was he aware what that meant or what he was supposed to do. They then sent Daria Karpova as corporate rep, and her preparation was printing out some Wikipedia pages. Finally they hired outside counsel Brittany Paz who hadn't read the judge's orders for her deposition and wasn't prepared to discuss what she was ordered by the court to prepare on

No, Alex Jones had more than sufficient time to prepare a defense. He showed massive disrespect to the plaintiffs and the court. After neglecting to respond to any discovery WHATSOEVER for Lafferty vs Jones (just ignore it and hope it goes away), it was just too many opportunities squandered, so they got default judgement.

I have a few questions for you.

  1. If this is a show trial and Alex's defence was suppressed by the illuminati, ANSWER ME WHY the damages+punitive+sanctions will be 10million dollars cost to infowars and not the 150m the plaintiffs were asking for?

  2. Why on earth did you select this clip of a judge keeping good order in her courtroom as proof that she should be in a different country? In your imaginary nation, are the courtrooms totally chaotic where the loudest voice wins? What about maintaining decorum ought to eject a judge from the nation?

  3. Shouldn't infowars have LOVED and jumped at the opportunity to defend their case? Given that Alex claims to have all these documents and sources, shouldn't he have relished the chance to explain his side? Why didn't they engage for five years with discovery and why send those (hilarious) morons as corporate rep, if infowars weren't a bunch of grifters?

Answer me on these three or be forever a coward

What is the judge doing wrong that makes you want to not share a country? I see her keeping order in her courtroom and making sure the witness knows when they're supposed to speak and when to not. Seems like good judge behaviour in this video to me.

Let's just recall that Alex showed pictures on air of the judge on fire, associated her with pedofiles and lied that she's following a literal script, all three bought to the judge's attention during plaintiff questioning of Alex.

Meanwhile she's treating him with decorum and respect. I would rather boot Alex from the country than judge Gambol

British Army’s White Phosphorus Addiction by HongKongPhooey in politics

[–]Site_rly_sux 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Oh okay it was just hyperbole. Funny how the hyperbole always lands one way and never the other, almost like it's a deliberate framing for fake news.

To me, this article raises a valid question that suggests more information is needed about exactly why UK thinks it is necessary to use white phosphorous in Kenya

It does indeed raise the question doesn't it! But it takes a closed mind to assume one already knows the answer to a question, then make that lie into a factual part of their worldview. Actually if you were really truly wondering why they might be using white phosphorus there, that's something you could research an answer to.

First of all, why are there UK soldiers in Kenya in the first place? One of the UK's roles in Kenya is to train the Kenyan forces to deal with unstable factions in the region, like terror group Al shabaab. So has white phosphorus been used in the region?

You could check and, yes it has

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/05/23/exclusive-ethiopians-suffer-horrific-burns-suspected-white-phosphorus/

In the event that the disaster happens to you and your country is invaded by a force that has access to this kind of armory. Then you would be extremely grateful if your defenders had trained to deal with chemical warfare.

You show me where they're using it in Kenyan civilian areas first.

From the declassifieduk.org source in your own link -

The [British] army claims that range wardens and contractors clear the area of civilians prior to exercises through outreach to the local pastoralist population. Helicopters are used to ensure wildlife has vacated.

So let me see. In your mind, it's totally condemnable for the British to use it in outback training after removing all the people and animals. In that case I think you'll join me in absolute condemnation of the russians who have used this terrible weapon carelessly in hot blood, in a deliberate attempt to hurt people. I'm just checking we're absolutely aligned in our condemnation of the russia for this awful behaviour, given that your position on the British army use leaves you no other logically consistent take on the russian use.

So, to support Ukraine is the right thing to do? Huh?

Of course it is. You can side with the russia if you want, but don't pretend there's anything "right" about rape, genocide, starvation as a weapon, concentration/filtration camps, terrorism and terrorist attacks on civilians, torture mutilation and slaughter of prisoners, using nerve gas and radiological weapons in third countries, sending undercover agents to sabotage the international criminal court, or sponsoring every fascist or divisive politician in western europe, or sending your troops to enforce provably fake election results in subordinate countries, or maintaining an off-the-books mercenary agency under a man with SS tattoos who are implicated in hundreds of human rights violations all around the world, or dropping barrel bombs and chlorine in Syria or shooting down passenger jet liners....or any of a hundred things which the ruzzians do and the ukrainians don't.

Yaknow, the fact that the upper-class media is pushing this at every opportunity, pretty much guarantees it's a lie

Well that's not going to convince me, is it. If I spun it around and said, "you can tell the russian side are lying when their exculpatory statements only get printed in their news and not ours". That's not a statement which would convince you of anything is it?

Think about it...do they have our best interests in mind? Or do they despise us and wish us harm?

Again - if I could write it the other way and it wouldn't convince you, then why do you think this would convince me? "Think about it, the russians are demonstrably harmful" is not going to convince you, so don't pull the same trick on me

I will conceed that I didn't believe it would say that and you showed me it did. You were right and I was wrong about that. But you haven't red pilled me, I just, will now join you in rolling my eyes at the AP. There's an element of truthfulness to it though, and the part just after your quote - about a shared experience of discrimination bringing forth a culture that deserves a proper noun, capitalised - that's not something I would tell B/black people they're not allowed to have.

I thought that was awful, but it's still not illegal. We have freedom of association

Sure, but just to be clear, nobody is talking about making doll collecting a lawfully protected category like religion or sexuality. And your original question was about "man in a dress", where I believe trans should be a protected category.

don't believe there are "trans" people

Ok. Some people don't beleive there are "gay" people. Some think Islam is just devil worship and the religion doesn't exist outside that. You're entitled to a view, but you can't fire someone for being Muslim without breaking the law.

It's not just MSN. They're close to the political center your side has somehow engineered. People like me have Infowars, WND, Newsmax, maybe a half-dozen others. Guess we should just be quiet,

You bought up MSN as a place you don't like the reporting, it's not sweeping anybody in a corner to say, well stop going there, then.

You can listen to and have infowars in your life, no problem, although like I already said, it's a moronic confidence trick, but if the broadcasters defame someone then their victims should have legal recourse. "Free speech is a right but you have to pay for lies". It's not a legal entitlement of Alex's to go on air and maliciously lie about people.

That only makes sense when you bury your head in the sand and pretend. The russia is using it in hot blood, during warfare, on people and civilians, because it's painful and kills well. I disagree with your interpretation of Alex's sincerity on environmental issues

Again I will just say, Alex has shown with his actions that he does not care about wildlife protection laws, he doesn't care about legislation to remove any chemicals from the environment. He doesn't care what if any laws were drafted to remove the "gay frogs" chemicals, or deal with why a House he campaigned for sent to it die in committee

https://www.congress.gov/bill/112th-congress/house-bill/4318/all-actions?overview=closed#tabs

His purpose is talking about the frogs is because it's a gay/trans issue he can use to reaffirm his audience's manliness. If you think it's a real issue to him you need to grapple with why he has no interest in learning anything at all about it, instead pushing politicians who have zero regard for the EPA.

I specifically raised it in the context of not wanting to debate Alex personally. You have no good answer for why democratic, Western societies are more punitive toward right wing transgressors so you brought it back to Alex

You didn't ask me anything about punitiveness and society, you asked me about a dude who shot Reagan. This is a thread and comment chain and debate about Alex. If you're agreeing that it's a topic which has nothing to do with AJ then let's agree to set it aside.

You wrote the word as "white" in your own next sentence.

Huh I guess I did. You'd have to find me capitalising B/black to catch me in the act though. Then, like I've pointed out before, you could simply ask - hey dude why did you write it like that? And probably get an answer. As I sit here and think about it, no, I don't think I would capitalise W/white to describe Alex's identitarianism. I don't think I write much about b/Black issues so I don't know whether I'd chose in the moment to capitalise. But if you see me writing anything that makes you scratch your head, you can just ask.

I've read the style guides. They say thing

I really, really dont think they say what you claim that say. I really doubt it dude. And having not read any such style guides on the matter myself, I don't know why I'm being asked to comment on it

White Christian identity politics are a huge part of Alex's show and material, and I don't like that kind of thing, about any ethnicity.

It happened at my workplace in the 1990s and they walked that guy right out the door

That's awful. Really awful. Whatever you think about people on the left/right, I don't think it's common to be walked out when colleagues discover a conservative, or veteran, or gay, or Jew, or one-eighth native american, or find out a partial disability unrelated to the job, or discover past medical history like fertility treatment. Being walked out for being trans is for me, in those protected categories.

You've brought this discussion pretty inescapably to this bullshit "gender" topic.

You asked me whether I didn't agree that west is best, noble savage etc. I didn't like the framing so you said I must think racism and transphobia are the same. So this is me responding to a topic which you shoe-horned in. Yes I believe that discovering your colleague is trans, is the same as discovering they're Jewish or of mixed-ethnicity or a combat veteran - all things which are protected by law.

Everything else you wrote is unrelated to Alex Jones flavour of bigoted idpol. If you don't like MSN then stop visiting.

At the end of it all, people like you are basically children who won't grow up. I fully support your right to have your own country with a big fucking wall between it and my country.

Oh. I thought we were having a grown up conversation. Now you're saying you want to hide from me behind a wall. I get that I suppose. Just please take Alex Jones with you

Again you're equating, doesn't support the russia means liberal, which I don't think is true. For example in the us senate, support is widely bilateral. In the UK it's a conservative issue and the left has had little input. So you're wrong about that IMO

Why do you think all these [Ukraine supporters] are super angry

For the exact reason I wrote: it's batshit insane to say that there's a right way and a wrong to defend against modor. Orcs are raping, castrating, beheading left and right - a frantic desperate fight over each and every settlement is the correct thing for Ukraine to be doing, not something a charity should criticise them for

to the left of Alex on the issue of environmental regulation

Then I'm unclear why you bought it up in support of Alex. He doesn't know about which species of frog or whatever is in his story. He doesn't care about laws and bills or attempts to ban that chemical or where those bills got to in committee - and he'd have no explanation if the senators and reps he supports, are the ones blocking progress in banning those chemicals. Because he does not care about the topic.

He does not care about wildlife. He cares about convincing his audience that the elites are attacking their dicks, as a means to sell boner pills. He cares about concern trolling and signalling transphobic "virtue" to his listeners. The frogs story is only a vehicle for his hate.

John Hinckley

Doesn't sound relevant to Alex or the hatred he peddles. Although Alex certainly supports terrorism. On the morning after one of his listeners put a mail bomb in George Soros' New York mailbox, Alex went on air saying "I am the angel of death". Alex once instructed his listeners that they needed to get to the bottom of comet ping pong, and a listener turned up with a rifle. Alex loves terrorism. I have no idea why you bought this up otherwise

This was not written in good faith. The capitalization of "Black" but not "white" is pervasive. MSN, the New York Times, Slate, Salon.

I am not behind the writing styles of those outlets and the topic has nothing to do with Alex Jones other than me confirming that he's also a white identitarian.

If you see some outlet writing like that, look on their website for a style guide which might answer your question. It's not a conspiracy against you, it's something you could answer if you were that bothered.

If you believe this, I think you have to disavow the idea of "intersectionality." Do you believe in it? Is a man who wears a dress to work and gets fired for it really the moral equivalent of Medgar Evers?

Men don't typically spontaneously don dresses for social or businesses situations. It sounds like you're describing someone coming out as trans at work. I don't think it's the same thing as just deciding to put a dress on. From what I have heard, deciding to inform all of your colleagues that you are trans is not a spontaneous thing that people might do.

I can tell you that I have a trans colleague, who was born female and now presents as a man, he has a girlfriend, a totally normal life, if you weren't told you wouldn't know. The idea that he could be fired just for that doesn't make me feel good. Like, in your world, does he have to keep it a secret from his superiors, because it's a firable offense?

If there is someone who was qualified, hired, performed well, got on with their colleagues and customers, hit all their targets, generally a model employee who came out as trans, should it be ok to fire them just for that?

It again has nothing to do with Alex Jones other than yes, Alex is a massive transphobe virtue signaller, who should be taken off the air

various organic chemicals

Not an issue on which Alex knows anything more than headlines put In front of him. Alex hates the EPA and red tape regulation. He has no interest in pressing environment matters and the politicians he supports like Ron/Rand Paul and Trump would remove the public's right to even know about those chemicals. Talking about those chemicals serves precisely one purpose - talking about transphobia without talking about transphobia.

There's a guy who shot Reagan in the lung walking around free. Where's the outrage?

No idea what you're talking about. Is Alex supposed to be suppressing outrage about it? Why is this relevant

Why do we write "Black" but only "white"?

I've no idea why you do that, if there's someone else doing that and you wonder why then you can ask them, but this doesn't sound related to Alex either

What message do drag events actually send to children

It depends what story book they're reading. This is another transphobia narrative. Alex does not deserve to exist so that he can peddle more of his racism and transphobia

Is there value to the "western" or "Christian" tradition, or is an ethically lesser tradition compared to, oh, just about everything else? It's Hobbes vs. the idea of the "noble savage."

I totally disagree with the framing of your question. There is value in everyone's traditions. Your framing is such that everyone who doesn't fit into a socially -defined category is savage and I don't like that framing.

Alex is on the right side of this

Of what? Of all the gish gallop talking points you wrote? Am I supposed to accept that because you agree with him on a number of chauvinist and bigoted views that he's actually correct in the real world, too? No, thank you

Meet us in an honest debate instead of pulling penny-ante legal stunts.

I have put forward my statements and various sources.

You responded by dodging the topic and slinging accusations.

Maybe I should be clearer. If you want to debate me, here is my opening thesis.

  1. He blind reads headlines on air, often misreading them, and invents a new interpretation which aligns with his current imaginary enemies.

  2. His imaginary enemies are all-powerful but so weak that Alex can defeat them if you just spend money at infowars store

  3. His ongoing guest rota are either part of the scam, or provably batshit insane. Examples of people part of the scam: Ted Anderson, Dr Group, Bob Chapman, Lindsey Williams. Batshit insane and provably wrong guests include Steve Pieceznik, Daryl Hamomoto, Rema Labeau.

  4. Of the first group, the scammers, Bob Chapman and Ted Anderson have the most interesting connection to Alex. Anderson ran and runs GCN, the syndication network which supports his gold and pills companies like Midas Resources. Chapman was involved in apartheid gold mines to support the enterprise. The two of them partially financed Gary Allen's "None dare call it a conspiracy". These are consummate conmen with state and federal records to match - Chapman has been disallowed by Minnesota to sell gold for a while, because of his scamming.

  5. Of the crazies, let's talk about Pieceznik. For going on two decades now Alex had introduced Steve as a CIA mind control expert. Daria Karpova testified last Tuesday, that they were never able to prove Steve's credentials outside of Steve himself. Steve has variously claimed that he is in contact with Xi Jinping and Kim Jung Il. He claims to have received information from elites through newspaper headlines. Every word is a lie but he moves product because people tune in.

  6. Alex does not have a consistent narrative to his conspiracy. His exact definition of what's going on is in constant flux. At various times over all of his career, he has claimed god gave him a vision of prophetic dreams that disaster is round the corner - Obama youth. Bioweapons. Economic collapse. When he has food buckets for sale, he talks about how the UN is collapsing the global food trade. His craft is to tell you, it's happening! This is the one! This time it's serious - tune in next week to hear more about it! There is no consistent or single narrative or plot which Alex can explain. But it's right around the corner, and has been for decades.

  7. Specifically I want to say you were wrong when you said, Alex doesn't call mass casualty events false flag hoaxes anymore. Literally every single event before and since Sandy Hook has been labelled a false flag by Alex. Here is some evidence that you're wrong

Go to 45:45 of this link to hear PJW answer in deposition https://knowledgefight.libsyn.com/knowledge-fight-formulaic-objections-part-2

Go to 1:47.30 to hear Alex admit in the witness box that he called every mass tragedy a false flag https://youtu.be/x-lxTsqfwkw

I can go on. I can list you more of the reasons why I think he's a phoney. But you accused me of not debating correctly. So i would like to see you respond with some of your thoughts on the points I raised above

From how you describe it, I don't find it odd or strange at all.

1) a guy who'd just seen kids massacred needed to rehearse his outrage

You weren't able to find the video to show me, but I'll assume it's how you describe it. And the Salon story you linked says

In the hours and days that followed, Rosen did a lot of media interviews.“ I wanted to speak about the bravery of the children, and it kind of helped me work through this,” he told Salon in an interview.

I do not find it strange that someone who had a lot of media would read from a prepared statement, or would be caught practicing a prepared statement. I think in that situation, I would prepare a statement too, so that I was prepared to talk to the media, and so that I had the right message I intended to convey, having taken time to compose it properly.

2) an objective journalist would completely ignore that disturbing rehearsal video in his article about this guy?

I think most people would assume that he would have a prepared statement for normal reasons, because most people can imagine themselves preparing a statement in similar circumstances.

I think the only reason he's getting any more attention from the internet than any other random person in the news, is because he's connected to a mass shooting that Alex Jones told everyone it was ok to question, just looking into it, just checking out these totally reliable 16 Questions from the man our emails internally refer to as batshit insane.

The plaintiffs showed how Sandy Hook coverage was analytically linked by Alex's sales team to prepper gear, so around the time of sending "kraken" Dan Bidondi to harrass the families in Newtown, his company were running prepper related ad content. Do you find that interesting? Would you like to compare, what product line does Alex's analytics say to push today? It was right there on the plaintiff's exhibits: InstaHard boner pills - today Alex's paying audience is sweaty old pasty men with flaccid dicks and anal leakage. It's right there on your screen when you watch his dumb sales show

That doesn't sound like the assessment of Alex's show that someone listening in good faith and without preconceptions would give

I have listened for many years. He has never warranted an open mind.

This I would have noticed

It's on average, over the period since the shooting. My source on that is Mark Bankston who is suing him. Alex's defense never challenged that fact.

, I find Alex pretty circumspect about calling specific incidents false flags.

Interesting you would say that, because both Owen Shroyer and PJW were asked during deposition - is there any recent mass casualty event which Alex hasn't called a false flag? And there was zero, not one.

And whatever the truth is, there is evidence Sandy Hook was a false flag and evidence that it was not. This is undeniable.

I deny it. Every single item which conspiracists point to was debunked either on the witness stand or in deposition. Name something and I'll show you the clip.

That guy who was supposedly a witness

I think I can discuss every plaintiff witness called in this case. So which 'he' are you referring to - Neil heslin, journalism ethics teacher, or the forensic psych?

The existence of people related to someone who died violently somehow render illegal any observation that they might find unpalatable?

It's called defamation and it a well established section of USA and Texan law. You can talk about it in a non-defamatory way until the cows come home, just simply don't defame anyone.

He's a routine liar who engages in lazy make-believe. His job is to take a paper stackie of headlines his employees printed out, read them aloud quickly and often incorrectly, pretend he understands the story, then pretends it's proof he was right about his make-believe enemies.

He said he was delivered a vision of the future by God when he was a baby. He said he once downloaded his grandfather's entire life memories. He said the devil tried to seduce him with girls smoking crystal meth, and he made them have dozens and dozens of abortions.

Most of what he says is made up on the spot, or fudged together out of tips from his callers and the host of shuckster guests he pretends are well-informed. Every single day he predicts mass collapse, Chicago getting nuked, assassinations - and on the once in a blue moon event that he was right, he cuts that prediction and makes a video. He predicted 9-11 the day after Bill Cooper covered the same thing in The Hour Of Our Time.

Once per month for ten years straight he covered sandy hook in a way that defamed the victims. The 4.1million damages (punitive tbd) is a disappointing mockery of what they went through. He's a joke, a shameful con artist.

It was a lot more obvious in the Ted Anderson / Midas Resources days. Alex could talk for 20 minutes about the coming financial collapse, then go to Ted, who has some great offers on gold. Nowadays he talks about how the elite are stealing your vitality, and only Super Male pills will save you. It's a con, a game he runs, with which he became massively wealthy.

As a citizen of Ukraine, i am fully 100% in favor of our military using EVERY fucking trick in the book, hiding as good as they can, hiding supplies and military hardware as good as they can, because they longer they fight, the longer we stay free from Russia.

One of my most potent memories from the month of staying in Kiev (aside from bombs exploding, and shelling by russians), is the sound of our AA guns working nearby. At first we were weary and scared of that sound, not realizing what that was, but then we understood that this was our military working on Russia forces and keeping us save. I learned that this was a good sound, because while we hear that sound we know that our military is nearby. That means that we are safe. Because we all saw what Russia does when they take an area. Rapes, kidnapping, murders, torture. Its like these people do not fucking care that we fight against nuclear state 10 times our size, with long range missiles, drones, and spies who try to destroy all logistics, weapons, and ammunition we have 24/7.

Russia will target civilian structure in Ukraine anyway. They have proven it times and times, by targeting sites when there were ZERO military targest nearby. They targeted military bases, that were closed 20 years ago, and now are just warehouses, or stores for fuck sake.

What do they propose? That all of our military and weapons go in to the fields to get slaughered? That all weapons and ammo must be transported in to forest, or some far away building to be blown up by Russia? Oh, and all military personal MUST wait inside barracks that are visible on Google Maps, and wait until they are blown up by another fucking russian missile.

Joe Biden says Pentagon does not support Nancy Pelosi visit to Taiwan

“The military thinks it’s not a good idea right now,” he told reporters on Wednesday evening.

Weird, it seems the military tried to talk her out of it. I suppose one has to assume that first of all, the military supported and planned Pelosi's trip because they want to start WW3. Then, right before her plane took off, the military changed their position, now opposed to her trip. Then presumably some time before touch down on Taipei tarmac, they supported her again.

So, what's the pentagon's plan to start WW3 with this dementia patient? Their plan was for a diplomat to go on a diplomatic visit. Is that how the military normally start wars, do we think? I mean, I was fairly sure that diplomatic visits happen all the time. Isnt the differentiating factor here, the belligerence of the chicoms....so...the USA military wanted to start WW3 by doing something totally normal and innocuous and relying on ChiCom wolf warrior bellicose bullshit....doesn't that mean, it's the chicoms trying to start WW3?

So lets put it all together.

  1. Pelosi, according to this author, is receiving treatment for dementia (I didn't hear about that but he wouldn't lie right?).

  2. The military told her to go

  3. The military didn't want her to go

  4. Her totally innocuous and normal diplomatic visit relies on China's desire to start ww3 and this is proof that the US military wants to start ww3.

  5. Chicoms don't want Taiwan to have its own relations because they're bullies. So by conducting normal affairs, the bully gets upset, and this is the fault of the normal affairs.

This feels like a weird line of reasoning. What do you guys think

Dude are you only nitpicking because you can't cope with debating the argument?

  1. Local regional powers in the absence of globalisation will develop spheres of influence, similar to imperial preference

  2. This is bad for America who wants minimal tariffs and free trade on pineapples and fords

  3. America intervenes to support open societies because America stands up for it's values, and because America gets rich when people consume American cultural products (music, movies), financialize their economies (flash boys) and drive GM.

Your response is to nitpick how many superpowers there are in the world, which is totally irrelevant to why America supports Taiwan.

No it hasn't. Deindustrialization, massive offshoring, exporting of jobs, all a disaster for the American people. But really good for hostile foreigners who hate us, and the DC elites who hate us too!

You're simply wrong about this, go and live in the 1940s if you don't like the modern world, which means putting down the phone and cancelling your internet contract.

Sorry I am a bit lost by your comment. I don't get what part you're calling bullshit.

Here is a study (emphasis mine)

https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.abp8715

The Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan was the early epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic

We report that live SARS-CoV-2 susceptible mammals were sold at the market in late 2019 and, within the market, SARS-CoV-2-positive environmental samples were spatially associated with vendors selling live mammals. While there is insufficient evidence to define upstream events, and exact circumstances remain obscure, our analyses indicate that the emergence of SARS-CoV-2 occurred via the live wildlife trade in China, and show that the Huanan market was the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Here is how the BBC reported on it

https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-62307383

Covid origin studies say evidence points to Wuhan market

the researchers say this evidence paints a picture that Sars-Cov-2 was present in live mammals that were sold at Huanan market in late 2019. They say it was transmitted into people who were working or shopping there in two separate "spillover events", where a human contracted the virus from an animal.

And then here is what you wrote

straight away bbc claims animals sold had covid, but the article said vendors of the animals had it, no evidence any animals had it.

I don't know which article you claim "said vendors of the animals had it, no evidence any animals had it". That's not what the study found. So I don't understand what you're calling bullshit on here.

Again, nuclearBadger, we have this pattern where you're making stubbornly incorrect comments after just 5 seconds of reading. I said we couldn't be friends any more if you didn't take the L here, and you haven't, you've instead doubled down again when you're wrong. I don't know where we go from here buddy

They're not concealing anything. A study plotted early COVID reports on a map. BBC reported truthfully and candidly about the study, using the map as illustration. It would be a lie if BBC reported anything other than what they did

It's easy to joke, isn't it, but a lot harder to take a long look at your festering belief set to see what's really there.

Just by the way, here are some examples of "whites only" in apartment rental listings in modern Russia.

It's very obvious that you are disingenuous and not in good faith, when you keep going on about white supremacy but refuse to talk about Bashkorostan, Siberia, Tartarstan, Buryatia, Amur, Caucasus, Kamchatka, etc.

The people there live under a REAL white supremist empire, and the fact that you won't engage with that is proof you're a bad faith actor

Rockefeller document from 2010 with details on using a world pandemic to usher in a global agenda. by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]Site_rly_sux 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

What Rockefeller did here was come up with two intersecting axes, and four scenarios based on the quadrants. You can see this easily on page 16 of the link. They imagine "high" and "low" versions of two variables: "political and economics alignment" (ie, are all the humans working well together) and "adaptive capability" (basically, how's the tech coming on).

LOCK STEP is low technology development but high political alignement.

SMART SCRAMBLE is high tech development, low political alignement.

HACK ATTACK is low tech, low alignement.

And then finally CLEVER TOGETHER is high tech, high alignment.

Rockefeller do this a lot, by the way. They want to sit and ponder, in a world with high tech development but low political alignement, how would we react to global challenges?

This is not a plan, it's a thought experiment.

If you truly believe this is a plan, then you need to answer, why is LOCK STEP the plan and not CLEVER TOGETHER? The only way people of 2020s have retroactively decided that lock step was their real blueprint and the three others weren't, is because a virus actually happened.

If a big hack happened, you'd be applying the same confirmation bias to HACK ATTACK and saying, actually that one of the four was the real plan for world domination.

It's not true, it's actually really silly to take one thought experiment of many, one scenario of four, and claiming that that one alone was real planning. This is on the same level as believing video games are about reality - remember Timesplitters game? There was a Chinese restaurant, and Chinese restaurants exist now, so the game must be a true story. That's the same level of logic employed in pretending LOCK STEP was a real thing. It's quite childish to see a face in the cloud and think you're looking at god. And it's equally childish to read an old thought experiment, compare one part of it to reality, and conclude a conspiracy. This is just confirmation bias and you ought to be ashamed of it really

You forgot to explain, why you're so insistent people read the article, when the headline you wrote has very little bearing on its contents. You did read it, no?

Where does this crap come from?

Woodrow Wilson

There aren't any other superpowers.

Tell that to ukraine, taiwan, moldova, georgia, estonia, Kazakhstan...all of those nations are under threat from a local regional superpower.

Any power can establish a sphere of influence in their region and destabilise the global system. That would be bad for America. This is provided in answer to you wondering why Americans would defend foreign land from invaders.

The world sells to us, not the other way around. We run massive trade deficits, these are bribes to keep other countries in the imperial system. The losers are the American people.

Ah yes, the greatest rise in living standards, Fukuyama's end of history, the end of world war....all terrible for the American people. Oh wait, no, it's been fantastic.

Fallacy. Nobody argued this, but you knew that.

Well let's be clear, YOU are the origin for the word "asset" which doesn't appear once in the linked article. I have invited you to explain what you mean and you declined. I think, honestly, you're just stupid, and so dumb that you didn't expect to be called out to explain what the hell you mean. So go on, explain what the hell you mean. "Nobody argued this" you insist. The meaning you intended for the word "asset" is apparently secret, you refuse to expand, but you can at least reveal that I made a fallcy. Great work chipit
