Not yet. They're making their play, I agree. But "control" is too strong at this point. They are now working to consolidate their power; the outcome is not yet assured. The single greatest force against them now (which is crucial) is that they have been exposed. Even those within the MSM bubble are vaguely recognizing that something is wrong. Those of us further from the center have been screaming for years, and we are finding more and more sympathy. In order for the plan of the Chinese model proponents to succeed, the people of the western countries they are taking over must be submissive enough that when the fascists cut off coverage of what is going on, the people go home and pretend nothing is happening; that is what happened after Tiananmen in China. The people stayed home. It's not clear yet that this will happen in the west. There is still a LOT of activity going on in opposition.

The war is not over. The forces in favor of "Chinese characteristics" are currently in control; I grant you that. But to project that control into the future as a consolidated and complete transition is still not warranted.

IMO, they have greatly underestimated the Internet and the spread of knowledge, overestimated their secret/occult/covert knowledge and it's power, with or without intelligence and wisdom. They are just people too, with pros and cons. But there are way more of us, and even the below average citizens can fathom much of the bullshit and know which is the right side to be on and support. But to be fair and cautious, evil knows no limits, and when the violence is finally unleashed they will not only have the upper hand on all levels we will be quickly culled and royally fucked. Of course, as in any other case in history the warlords will battle it out and again the worst of the worst will reign supreme. Can we draw the limits past which we will not yield and have our alternatives and solutions in place in time to counter that? We need to prepare for the long haul, not just the current Trucker Convoy spectacle of 2022.

You think that will motivate people towards the positive? My purpose now is to give my son the best chance at a healthy, happy, and productive life. The ability to make a better life is in each of us. If enough people keep that mindset, we move forward both individually and together. If we are talked into giving up as if we don't have that power, then we give that forfeit that power.
