Is that really the lore on this? I read holocaust denial and figured she said some mild form of calling for ceasefire but then that wouldn't make sense considering the audience.

That isn't ironic unless you are meaning the part to tie Nazis to "the Jews" as you put it.

From what i see even the most "woke" people aren't saying that. They are saying Israel or Zionists. Some of the largest pro ceasefire groups in the US are 100% Jewish organizations. The only real blocks of people conflating Zionists with "the Jews" are US politicians, AIPAC, and Israeli politicians... And I guess Zionists who keep trying to misdirect to the idea that antizionism = antisemitism.

Sure, I think Nethanyahoo (intentional misspelling) and zionism are both doing the world a disservice, but make no mistake that the people comparing anything Israel-related to nazis are intentionally using the term of the organisation that tried to TRULY genocide them because it is ridiculous and hurtful. The same people also like to claim that Israel is committing "genocide". Sure, 1% of Gaza is a lot and too much, but it's not like Gaza is the only place with muslim arabs. There's hundreds of millions more. There's even millions living peacefully in Israel. Germany killed 40% of ALL jews worldwide. That was an attempt at genocide.

Saying that it isn't on the same level as the worst example doesn't mean that this also isn't genocide. The Armenian genocide was real, etc. It's also weird to say it's not really that bad because Arabs exist or Muslims exist in other places when we are talking about Palestinians. At the very least they are explicitly trying to do an ethnic cleansing by their own words.

If the power dynamics were reversed in the region, you would see what a genocide actually is. I see no convincing evidence that Israel is trying to kill as many Palestinians as they can. Mostly because they could kill them all if they wanted to. Do some people enlisted in the IDF have a genocidal motivation? Probably. Should they be charged for war crimes if acting on it? Yes.

Look, obviously those mods are fucking idiots, and clearly everyone is desperate to take her out of context and pin her as some kind of evil because that's what they already believed, so it gives them warm, fuzzy feelings in their bits to agree with themselves.

That said, the image shows her sort of being disingenuous a little. The image she's talking about doesn't seem to claim that trans people were the first target of the Nazis, or that all books about trans people were burned. The way the image is presented makes it look like she started denying that the Nazis burned books studying trans people, then got called out, then shifted the goal posts.

Is there more to that conversation where the original poster was trying to claim that trans people were actually the most impacted by the Holocaust or something?

It's "trans people the first to fight back at Stonewall" nonsense, but on a bigger scale. Because for all the whinging and bitching and ranting about the so-called "Nazis" running around today oppressing them, they have reach back nearly a century to find a time when they could have been genuine victims. And no doubt the Nazis did get some people who, today, would be counted as trans and ship them off for that old Final Solution. But, again, troons have to inflate the real number into something much bigger--which is a grotesque and vile perversion of legitimate genocide and the suffering of others, but when would a narcissist like a troon ever care about that--just so they can make themselves the center of the action.
