Someone is literally denying that humans are sexually attracted to humans and thinks they are clever by doing so.

They literally want to argue against the evidence of their own existence to make animal rapists feel better.

Wait until you see the crazy types writing pages upon pages of debates about how the western versions are "censored" because they don't match up with some random persons fan translation exactly.

There was one hilarious rant where the person was on about how the English version of the game is ruined because the quest log is supposedly written in third instead of first person. All based on some Chinese language blog post where someone doesn't understand reflexive pronouns for "myself" and "yourself" can be expressed with the exact same word in Japanese.

Now they just need to take those last few steps and argue that humans should only be with other humans of their own specific race.

If we ever made lasting contact with a sapient, non-human species, and things got the point of (consensual) snu-snu, these motherfuckers would be the ones unironically protesting in support of keeping humanity "pure."

Lastly, there's nothing so cancerous as fandom shippers, they always blight whatever fandom they're a part of.

Honestly, this is a "let them fight" one, since the people AGAINST what you're fighting are just as evil in the "they probably think they're justifying being attracted to the characters in Zelda, but they're really defending doggy-fuckers.

Fully agree. I have no problems with Zora x Hylian romances in-universe, but many of the people that really love non-human characters are horrible people.

People who write this crap must likely belong to one out of two categories: 1) they're sexist racist homophobes who project their attitude even into fictional magical characters aimed at kids; 2) they're digusting sexual harassers who project their fixation on sexual assault even into fictional magical characters aimed at kids.
