Even successful "bottom surgeries" are very problematic. Many patients lose functionality of the genitalia, many are permanently deformed for the rest of life, many feel excruciating pain and many have severe hygienic problems.

All of this would be very problematic in recording porn. Consider that a regular porn movie takes at least 4-5 hours of recording people doing crazy sex and even natural actors complain a lot about the conditions they are submitted to.

Summing it up, it would not be aesthetically pleasing, it would not be safe for the parts involved, it would require a lot more work than recording with natural actors and it would not necessaryly generate more money because it is a very specific fetish.
