I wonder if the forearm phallice has a penile prosthesis installed? They have to pump it up.

Or maybe that's a luxury feature? I bet it's brutal on the forearm.

They'd be better off getting a real one from a cadaver.

I know a fella who found a penis pump in a cadaver while attending medical school. It was the talk of the class.
