They were upset too at Mississippi. More states are in the process of keeping girls/women sports for, you know, actual girls & women.

It just looks so bad for LGB that this issue is now associated with gay rights, because the former gay organizations, like HRC, have made it that way.

Good stuff. I think most people didn't think through the logical consequences of pretending that men are women. But now they have to, because of practical reasons this lie is starting to impact us all.

The woman I’m seeing is a lesbian who went to college on a Division 1 full ride scholarship for sports and played multiple sports since she was a kid. A large portion of her team members were also lesbian and bisexual women. This issue has shaken her.

Most people I’m close with are liberal and not a single one thinks that biological males should be in women/girl’s sports. They really thought this whole movement was about being nice, not denying biological reality and they are suddenly waking up. That being said, while it’s easy to get men to understand this, it’s a lot harder for them to actively care and stand up for women.

What about the woman you're seeing? Will she and her former teammates stand up?

I've found, in my relatively long life, that sometimes it takes a few people to stand up to the mob, and then everyone else who's secretly held the same opinion, gather courage and will stand behind them. I hope that happens here.

It’s about imposing a light switch brain mentality on the masses. TRAs want society to think that if you’re against trans demands you’re against gay rights as well. If a straight person openly opposes trans demands while also supporting gay rights, TRAs will still gaslight this person as a homophobe. And if an openly gay person speaks out against trans demands, TRAs will do everything in their power to silence this person. TRAs want to take us down with them.

The hypocrisy in the tweets: "I feel like I'm noticing more than ever just how much anti-trans legislation is a coordinated national strategy"

Coordinated national strategy... like what HRC does?

Spare me.

I liked that they had the audacity to recommend a thread complaining about pro-women activism from people outside of North Dakota. HRC is DC-based, but they’re constantly showing up in places like North Dakota and Mississippi telling people how to do things.

They all start with the false premise that "trans" is the normal state of affairs. Therefore, one can be "anti-trans" as the bad guy.

"Those awful Republicans! They're anti-sports. Anti-children. Anti-fairness. Anti-unity. Anti-civil rights. Anti-trans." See how they sneak that in there?

Republicans were uncharacteristically stupid with "bathroom bills." They should have focused on female athletics and minors' inability to comprehend the consequences of medical transition.

I think that the GOP botched the bathroom bills in part because they didn't go far enough because they were scared of LGBT organizations and accusations of "transphobia."

Also, huge amounts of money were spent by the gender lobby trying to convince Americans that trans identified males just wanted to pee. There's a very informative article on the money spent that I will find and post.

But I think that most women if they knew the facts regarding the makeup of trans-identified men would be opposed to them in women's bathrooms.

Far from the public perception that trans identified men are castrated, uber-feminine gay men, according to various studies and surveys done in the last six years, 89+ keep their male genitalia and, according to trans advocacy group the National Center for Transgender Equality, 63% are attracted to women.

So trans identified males are overwhelmingly intact and almost 2/3rds are attracted to women.

Beyond that, a considerable % are autogynephiles (AGPs) who get sexually aroused at the thought of themselves as women, and also at the humiliation of women.

And what was not mentioned is that these bills, for instance the Equality Act, allow ANY man, or any GROUP of men, into women's spaces, no questions asked.

So if the general public knew the facts, I feel they would have supported the Republicans' bathroom bills.

I think with sports, it's so bleeding obvious that men are faster and stronger, the general public can tell it's being gaslighted and is not having it.

But again, HRC and all the other "gay" organizations whose focus is now on gender issues - what the hell does strong arming boys into girls sports have to do with gay rights?
