Talking to my gay friends who have peaked and don’t buy the 500 genders rubbish anymore.

And askgaybros on reddit. Over 250,000 users strong and they’re all hilariously blunt in their dismissing and calling out trans dogma. It could get banned at some point but banning the biggest community of gay men on reddit would peak a huge number of people

You're lucky you have those. I was given some kind of online intervention by my "friends" because they noticed I don't trip over myself to validate everyone's nonsense gender identity and any sentiment that's straight up anti-reality.

I guess I'm lucky. Even one of my gay mates who's a furry and pretty much epitomises the liberal degenerate stereotype agrees with me that there are only two genders

Female people tend to be harder to budge on that last part, I've noticed.

I'm British and I think we have a pretty healthy attitude of skepticism that isn't compatible with these trans people's demands to just do whatever they want. Hence the recent ruling against 'puberty blockers'.

Peaking. More and more and more peaking. More kinds of push-back and re-thinking in more places. And threads like the one just posted after this one, where women are talking about the strangeness of this alien landscape and how it affects them. They are approaching awareness, even if they haven't hit the bullseye yet.

Also there are plenty of people who were never going to buy this crap in the first place, though we don't hear from them that often. Some of them are on this sub, though. And some of them are straight.

Talking to people in the real world who instantly reject almost all of the GI movements ideologies/demands.

I was about to say the same thing.

Currently, I work at a job that has a very..."progressive/woke" bubble(ex. my boss is trans male, my coworker goes back and forth between being a "pansexual" and bisexual instead of just sticking to bisexual, everyone is SUPER left leaning and talk about politics all day, etc), but outside of that there's a lot of normal people who don't agree with the TRA movement or don't give a crap in general.

Problem is the progressive woke are now in power over us.

If you're referring to the US, my outsider understanding of your congress led me to believe that while the republicans hold majority over the senate, it's unlikely that any crazy GI laws will go through because both the house and senate need to agree on the exact bill before it can be sent through to the president to sign into law. So they won't be able to just do whatever they want.

The recent UK ruling gave me the will to live.

The woke homophobia fad is just so preposterous and outlandish. I see more and more peaking over genderist behavior all the time.

The fact that there's only one absolute truth, and that discovering that truth has led me to this community of supportive, thoughtful people. Trans rights activists can lie about biology and transgender medicalization all day, but in the end the truth will come out anyway. (Practically speaking-- the truth will come out for no other reason than that, here in the U.S. at least, people love to sue each other, so eventually there'll be enough incentive for the mainstream dialogue to acknowledge it.)

What is optimism? I have none of that. Sometimes hopeful things happen, like the recent UK legal victory, but honestly I don't think it's enough. Combine that with a terrible personal life and it's hard for me to see the good in anything.

On the bright side, I may be alone, miserable and useless to society, but at least I haven't made the decision to invert my penis yet. Could always be worse, I guess...?
