A common argument I see is that trans people can be gay/lesbian too, so while they can have trans-only space, a transgay would fit a gay-only space and a translesbian would fit a lesbian-only space.

I've also seen the point of "this is a gay space, not a cis gay space!!!", but of course if we started creating spaces that were explicitly cis gay only they would complain about it too.

The problem is that they don't simply go into the gay spaces to be gay, they bring their gender identity into it and attempt to hijack the space to care about that as well.

If I was someone who played video games and rode motorcycles, I would want to be welcome in gamer and biker spaces, but I wouldn't force the gamers to care about my motorcycle or the motorcyclists to care about my PC setup. What they're doing is pretending to be a gamer so they can turn E3 into a motorcycle convention, they aren't at all telling the whole truth there

"Trans motorcyclists exist too!!!" - eh, no one gaf, please stfu

As a gamer though, I've found more and more of the "girl gamer" groups are becoming overrun with males because they want to be "inclusive", which defeats the entire reason and purpose of having a girl gamers group. It's especially annoying that they're invading the girl gamer discords.

That does not work about women spaces, tho. Like in Vancouver they had Transgender's Library for transwomen, but then when Women's Library was opening - they were attacking it for not including transwomen there. So they can have their own space without natal women, but women can't.

cis gay

What does that even mean, lol. Because opposite to "cis gay" is heterosexual. So they are saying they are not cis gays, so admitting they are heterosexual, but not realizing what they just said? :D

You probably saw the thing about that happening in Japan? A nightclub had a specific "cis lesbians" night, and got slammed, after criticisms about how the previous lesbian night wasn't clearly labeled cis? So they labeled it, and got attacked

The problem is that we've been going on asking permission. We need to draw our land in the sand and stay there

They want to control us. Because they need to piggyback off of our movement. Because it’s obvious that their movement is wrong.

It’s because of the homophobia.

I've asked that question before, apparently the answer is "transphobia".

They are currently positioned higher than the LGB on the Oppression Hierarchy Scale and, thus, their demands supersede ours.
