I was still n the Reddit sub r/women. Several of the (obviously straight women) were commenting on how horrible the LGB drop the T sub was and they were so happy we were banned. All I could think is that they have zero solidarity with lesbians and are 100% pro trans. I don’t even know how we can help educate them without being call transphobic anymore. I feel like lesbians have been left all alone in this fight. I’m so thankful for women like J.K. Rowling having the guts to be truly pro-women.

Meanwhile, r/actualwomen....deemed another "hate group" and cancelled. I'm so thankful that JKR is standing up--she's got a wide platform, "fuck you" money, and is in an industry that she can't be blacklisted from ever working again. As depressing as the backlash has been, there's also a lot of comments across platforms in support of her and more are peaking every day. I'm so thankful we have online communities, still, to gather, but the real world is very depressing when trying to find other lesbians (maybe even more so for those of us who live in liberal cities)

They are taking the side of male persons. There is a certain alliance that straight women hold for the male population that they do not extend to their own sex. Trans women can argue that they don't have male privilege until their balls turn blue. Yet, this unwavering support for women identifying males is one example of that very privilege.

Those fuckers. Sorry, but female responsibility to our own kind is the highest and most sacred. As to the male sex - we owe them nothing. That they act the opposite is why the world is such a shitpile.

The straight, bisexual and pansexual population arguably.

We gay men are in a similar boat. I think the women in our community are getting it worse, though, as heterosexual men who "identify" as women and as lesbians invade their spaces.

For some reason, across all cultures, the number of lesbians is about half of that of gay men; thusly, lesbian spaces get hit harder.

I think heterosexual men who identify as lesbian do show their male privilege by invading others' spaces -- to them, every space is their space.

You should ask the straight women if they'd date a transman. Tell them they're transphobic if they won't sleep with them.

And ask straight men if they'd date a transwoman with a penis? Or else they're transphobic and displaying a genital fetish.

Straight men and women haven't yet been attacked like we have been and are. Once they are, there will be an uproar.

Unfortunately, already, despots around the world are using trans madness as an excuse to clamp down on lesbigay rights. I'm all for trans rights, too, as long as they don't supersede others'.
