They should get real jobs. Die mad! Taking your top off might very well get you money but it won't last forever.

I think it is super funny. Go be a real porn star if you want to get paid otherwise go back to waiting tables.

I don't understand what is so fucking empowering about begging horny men for money in life or online. At least hookers actually give head 🙄

I will mock anyone with an onlyfans or a bullshit gofundme. I don't have money to waste on your fake tits, vacation or anything else. It does seem like women are the worst when it comes to internet panhandling. Have a little respect for yourself!

You're probably joking, but please don't compliment any sex work.

Yeah I don't want my daughter doing porn but I do feel that is better than begging for money for doing nothing. Neither situation is good but people act like hookers were on here, no these were a lot of youtubers who couldn't be bothered to make actual content and just counted on people wanting to see their bits and pieces.

I hate sex work and people who celebrate it are idiots but I understand it won't ever stop. I fucking hate the world sometimes. That's my rant.

I just don't understand why people are so pro-Only Fans. The majority of women on there would make more money with a real job anyway. So who actually benefits from it? Because it's certainly not the women who are being exploited and objectified.

I also note that OnlyFans made use of the pandemic's economic downturn and job loss to recruit many new women for it, but then as the economy recovers they ditch porn.

They ditch it because of pressure from banks. That's like praising uk for being anti T because of pressure from fundamentalist muslims.

There are so many people with an OnlyFans account these days I doubt anyone makes much money. You'd have to spend all day every day promoting it and offering discounts and specials. They certainly seem to be very busy doing that all over Reddit.

The top 1% of accounts make 33% of all the money, the top 10% of accounts make 73% of all the money, and most make no money.

Well if you're really curious, some people find it difficult to find or hold a normal job, due to bad social skills or whatever other reason. And some people might have some sort of personal issue that makes it hard for them to work a set schedule, requiring them to find a job where they can choose their own hours.

Don't attack me for being pro-sex work or whatever, I'm just filling in details. Nuance.

some people find it difficult to find or hold a normal job,

Kind of sucks for them if they don't have the correct age/attractive features to degrade themselves for the camera, doesn't it?

There are people who find ways to make far more money doing far less work than porn or Only Fans. And I don't mean 9-5 minimum wage shift work, there's things to do that don't involve being in an office or flipping burgers. But finding those means to support oneself involves creativity, innovation, and motivation. It's not true that most of these women are better doing pornography, this is the same argument used to justify selling drugs. In reality, it's dangerous work that most people don't turn much of a profit on, and it ruins your chances of holding a normal job or having a better life.

This makes it sound as though banning pornography is harmful to women. I can't believe all these people crying about how some women can't make money now, instead of questioning why it's acceptable to have people in a position where their best choice is to do degrading things be raped for money. If they were really concerned for the welfare of the women, they would talk about social safety nets for displaced workers, reforming the system, better education or training programs, or at least urge everyone to support the OnlyFans members anyway, even if they don't perform sex acts, because, hey, they need the money.

Edited for clarity
