Cookies and pizza both start out as flour, so clearly the are the same thing.

You respond by saying that these claims are total bullshit.

It's not true that we all start out as female, with female genitals that turn into male genitals and with female gonads (ovaries) that turn into male gonads (testes). The person who wrote this article, & those who believe these claims, are merely demonstrating that they have no clue about what happens in the development of human zygotes, embryos and fetuses. They most likely don't even know that there's a difference between zygote, embryo & fetus. I bet they also have no idea where in women's bodies human eggs typically get fertilized and what must happen next for pregnancies to occur.

As for all the bullshit about "the hormone wash" that supposedly causes humans to switch sex in utero, I suggest you respond by asking exactly where "the hormone wash" is supposed to come from.

"female is the default sex", that everyone starts as female, until some hormones wash over them in the womb and some of the females become males.

LMAO, wtf was the writer smoking. If not for witnessing all kind of weird bullshit on the net, I wouldn't be able to believe anybody sober and educated could write this.

Ask them what actually triggers, happens during and the hormones involved in the mentioned "hormone wash" and at what stage of pregnancy does this "hormone wash" happens. And where are legit peer reviewed in-depth studies on this topic?

Also, in the hormone wash our ovaries will descend and will become testicles.

Hold on, what happened to the womb then?

"penis is a big clitoris, and clitoris is a small penis"

It's like comparing human's hands to bird's wings. There are similarities, but not the same at all.

Males have male dna before the “hormone wash” the dna is formed when the egg meets the sperm. I think there is a similar development up until a certain point before the sex organs are finalized, like testes dropping, etc. that might be the “hormone wash” they are referring too, but I can’t remember the exact biology. But the dna is determined at conception I believe. Hopefully someone here can explain it better lol.

Males and females develop the same until about 7 weeks at which point they will either develop as male if a SRY gene is present (Y chromosome) otherwise they will develop as female. We don't have a physical sex up until this point (just a chromosomal sex). Testosterone doesn't turn someone male, it's the other way around. Being male will cause the development of cells that produce testosterone. The clitoris and the penis have the same precursor, but a clitoris does not turn into a penis or vice versa and we don't all start out with female genitals, we all start out with no genitals and then develop male or female genitals based on the instructions in our genes.
