I mean I was curious enough to watch it but it's typical TRAs bs. "I was a woman before any transitioning thus no, my SRS does not make me a woman" blah blah blah, "my genitalia don't define my gender" blah blah blah. "She mad because we're prettier" blah blah blah.

But the worst of all imo was how he completely demeaned and ignored the growing number of detransitioners. He litteraly said "the small percentage is just a fact I'm not going to acknowledge that the numbers are increasing on some subreddit" like they were nothing and like the trans community isn't hurting anybody.

I am so disgusted by how they think being a woman is looking like them, ability to get a man's attention and hating on actual women and bulling people into "accepting" them. I don't think it's worth watching if you can't stand that. I know I can't but we have to do something to stop them.

I agree with you so much with how disgusting these men are thinking that being a woman is all about looking as fuckable ("feminine") you are and attracting men's attention while bulldozing and trampling on women's rights. And these fetishists then start targeting us GNC women and men and try to shame us because we disrupt their little cult mentality.

And it's not just those who are noticeably "GNC" that these guys shame and look down on. It's all the people outside their own narrow age bracket and social milieu whose "gender presentation" is pretty neutral and whose lives aren't built around demonstrating - or thinking about - our "femininity" or "masculinity" and whose sense of self and self-worth aren't based on whether we are "fuckable" in the view of sexist young men. People who don't have a "gender identity" and don't spend the bulk of our time gazing in mirrors, preening and obsessing over our appearance, "gender presentation" and attractiveness actually constitute the majority of the population.

To these regressive sexists, I and most of the rest of the female population past adolescence and early adulthood don't count as "real women" simply coz in their view we are too old and the focus of our lives isn't on being "pretty" and fuckable.

Tavistock during Keira Bell case were caught on a fact that they were not checking their former patients and had no statistics at all on them.

There are a lot youtube channels by detransitioners appearing, so at least that number is saying something. The minimum what it saying is that such people exist, and that they are victims of affirming policy and Pharma interests.

He said that detransitioners are only 1-2% of all trans people, so their voices should be ignored. Okay then, lets say it is truth. Lets check other numbers then: Transgender people are only 0.6% of all people, should their voices be ignored too? And if he is disbanding voices of 1-2%, then why he (and other TRA) are speaking about intersex people, who are 0.1-0.2% and that intersex people are somehow proving the point about the rest of 99.8-99.9% of population. Should not here be the same, 1-2% detransitioners proving the point about the rest 98-99% of transgenders? Real detransition number looks bigger than 1-2%, but even if it is - where any consistency in their arguments?

If all these suicide attempts are occurring, why are no emergency room physicians, EMS workers and suicide prevention charities making note of them?

If actual suicides are occurring amongst the "trans" population, where are the bodies? Why are there no funerals, memorial services, candlelight vigils and days of remembrance? Why are there no obituaries or eulogies? Why no cremations, burials or tombstones?

Suicides and other sudden, unexplained deaths all have to be investigated and tallied by the police and public health authorities. Often autopsies and inquests are required. If there's a big uptick in deaths by any means - suicide, opioid overdose, COVID-19 - it gets recorded and publicized, and explanations are sought. So why are there zero reports from police, coroners, medical examiners, epidemiologists, public health officials, suicide prevention charities and experts in suicide about all the "trans" people that TRAs claim have taken their own lives en masse - and are doing so at the moment I write this?

During the AIDS crisis, concrete evidence of all the deaths that occurred due to HIV-AIDS wasn't hard to find. The deaths were counted, the names of the persons who died were published in newspapers, databases and posters, and their lives were memorialized in public by such measures as the AIDS quilt. In major cities, there were funerals every day. One year, I went to at least one funeral or memorial service for someone who died of AIDS every week.

Also, when people die of suicide someone has to find each body and professionals have to come and take each body away. Depending on the method used, crime scene techs have to investigate and specialized cleaning crews are often required to mop up the mess. During the peak of the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, I read and heard many stories about traumatized relatives and EMS workers having to deal with all the chronically ill and elderly people who were found dead in their homes coz they were too afraid to go to a hospital or call emergency services. So why no word from anyone about the trauma of the people who've found all these supposed suicide victims and the professionals who've been called in to put them in body bags and take their corpses away?

I've known many people who died prematurely for a variety of reasons. When this happens, families and communities tend to turn out in large numbers to mourn publicly. There are wakes, funerals, memorial services and graveside scenes full of sobbing and anguished people. People make shrines where they leave flowers, stuffed animals, cards, photos and other memorabilia.

The trans community certainly isn't shy about drawing attention to itself, and trans people and their allies love to portray all trans people as victims and saints. The small numbers of "trans" people who die of homicide each year get a huge amount of publicity. So why is there a total blackout when it comes to naming, mourning and honoring all the "trans" people who are supposedly dying of suicide?

but wouldn't we have noticed if people were suicidally depressed about their bodies? How would they all have kept that a secret?

In the past, it was widely assumed that having a lot of body-loathing that was deeply distressing was simply part and parcel of growing up and living female in a misogynistic society where males routinely sexually objectify and abuse girls and women, and where so many girls and women are taught that our worth is entirely based on our looks.

Lots of girls and women in previous generations were depressed as a result, but we did not go around making loud threats to kill ourselves as a result - coz we were raised to eschew that obvious sort of grandstanding, bullying and overtly manipulative type of behavior. And coz the response we would've had gotten would have been along the lines of, "Who cares?" and "Oh, get over yourself!" and "Go ahead, you won't be missed." So instead, girls and women expressed our body-loathing and depression in more subtle and covert ways - and in ways that involved punishing ourselves rather than lashing out at others and trying to punish society.

"Trans" people and advocates who threaten suicide and/or make false claims about the supposed high risk/rates of suicide amongst the "trans" population are actually engaging in aggressive behavior meant to be socially hostile to everyone not in the special group they pretend they're trying to help. Their principal aim is to cause harm and distress to everyone who isn't "trans," not really to end their own lives nor aid any "trans" person who truly is suicidally depressed. But of course their behavior actually does a great deal of harm to trans-identified people, especially the kids who are being told that constantly wanting to kill yourself is a key, defining feature of being "trans."

If individuals whose MO is to frequently threaten suicide and/or overplay their risk of suicide ever actually do attempt suicide, their central motive is usually the hope that their actions will cause other people in their lives to feel bad rather than to simply stop their own suffering.

When people are really serious about wanting to commit suicide, they usually don't broadcast their intent but rather keep their thoughts and plans on the QT. Most people who make plans to commit suicide and actually do so tell no one of their intent in the near-term time period beforehand. On the contrary, in their last days and weeks it's very common for genuinely suicidal people to mask their mood and their plans under a veneer of good cheer so as to give their loved ones the impression that they are feeling better now and their suicidal ideation is a thing of the past.

But that's for people who've been visibly depressed for a long while and who plan out their suicides ahead of time. Interestingly, a majority of people who've attempted suicide but survived have reported to mental health professionals that their decision to try to off themselves was made on the spur of the moment, without putting much or any thought into it beforehand. Which means they didn't spend any or much time making threats of suicide or talking about it beforehand either.
