At first they even banned /r/PCOS - about specific female problem that is impossible for transwomen to have, because it was not including transwomen. And that /r/Detrans ban as well. They returned both back, but put a man (not even transwoman) as a mod there. Transmen were always fine and welcome in that subreddit - so it is not transphobic. Transmen have PCOS almost always, so that subreddit was helping them. However, it all must center around transwomen seems, and transmen with their issues are just ignored. No transwoman ever can suffer from PCOS, yet they want to control that place anyways.

Through out the history, men always wanted to control every part of female reproductive system and their bodies. And transwomen are acting just like those men - how anybody can believe that transwomen are women if transwomen all the time act like men and only difference is the looks?

death messages, brigading, etc

Subreddits, who are doing that were not banned, and those subreddits helped to ban /r/GC and other women-only subreddits.

In Twitter it is the same. Posie got a lot of death threats and even real life stalking in Twitter, but police not followed those people who threatened her life physically, they followed and arrested her because she misgendered a man. And I am pretty sure that if she answered with death threat to death theats she was receiving - she'd end up in jail, while her attackers - would be rewarded. Seems that hate "is fine" if it is focused on women.
