I am not the person to answer, but - the same what feminism was doing before? Focusing on sexism and women rights, equality and safety, etc.

TRA are problem, because they are directly attacking womanhood as a concept, trying to remove whole existence of women, and trying to make men to be able to come in any women spaces uninvited. Without them there still a lot of problems that feminism still need to overcome and solve. Like the problems shown in recently mentioned "Invisible Women", for example.

Abolish prostitution, get reproductive rights into the law, get better healthcare & social security for everyone but especially mothers, get women into politics, make it 'mainstream' to always include women in every kind of research & policy making and always look at specific effects on poor women, non-white women, elderly women, mothers & carers etc., start undoing the policies that reduce social mobility, rewrite the whole damned legal system to address rape and domestic violence adequately. Make more cultural spaces just for women. I dunno. Just throwing some ideas.

Interpreting "gender" more narrowly as sexist stereotypes, off the top of my head:

  • Gender in advertizing ("every woman wants to be a sex object, buy our deodorant", "for you and for her [your girlfriend, assuming male customer]" and its reverse, boys' and girls' toys).
  • Gendered job requirements (fetish shoes and painted faces for women, heat stroke inducing summer clothes for men).
  • Women changing surnames after marriage by default and being questioned when they don't.
  • Sexist wording in the news (e.g. calling the husband or a widowed woman's son "the head of the household", praising a woman's bravery as uncharacteristic for women: "few men would dare to do this, but Ann did").
  • Sexist thematic coverage in the news, pregnancy speculation ("bump watch").
  • Shaming of gender-nonconforming boys.
  • "Female" chatbots and AI servants.

"Female" chatbots and AI servants.

THANK YOU for mentioning this one. Everyone thinks this isn't a big deal but it freaks me out. Why is every GPS and virtual assistant like Siri and Alexa a female voice? I've read all kinds of excuses for it but they all sounds like bullshit to me. In humans, the female sex is the "servant class", so why wouldn't that extend to AI? It's pure misogyny.
