Imagine nowadays studying at biology/anatomy college - it should be a literal nightmare to anyone with critical thinking and logic.

My NPB professor 20 years ago told us how a student complained of sexism when he said, "the vagina receives the penis" during one of his reproduction lectures because it takes away the agency of the female organ. He told us this to explain why he was going to then say, "the vagina POUNCES upon the penis."

He was an old grouchy dude who probably had a lot of sexist commentary and views in his personal life, and he's probably passed now. But sometimes I wonder what would have happened in that lecture hall had it been today.

Something like "external intromittent organ comes in close contact with internal reproductive organ" should be inclusive enough, but I am not sure, I don't know this new inclusive language much.
