Even your three best examples are people whose sex is widely known.

Yes, I used examples of people who are widely known. If I said Amanda and Michael pass well, you probably don't have any idea who those people are.

I've no idea what you think this proves about the wider population.

The only way I can draw conclusions about the wider population is by finding surveys like from the Pew Research Center.

Similarly I have no idea what you think you're proving in this thread by consistently providing examples of trans people being treated in accordance with their sex.

If GCs always tell trans men "you will always be treated like women" then why don't they start treating them like men?

Interesting how if a transman is 'GC leaning' they are categorised with GC women and not GC men.

They are men but I was merely stating trans men and GCs having nothing in common unless the trans person is GC leaning. Many GC women think they are in the same category are in the same category as trans men. In the old, a GC woman said she knew what it's like to be a trans man, because she knew what it's like to be a woman

Perhaps you should take your own advice then.

I do. However I don't read r/detrans. I usually read r/FTM, r/GenderCynical, r/trans, r/LGBT and r/asktransgender. I read Everyday Feminism and used to read their Facebook comments before they went broke.

I'm not saying there aren't any cases where FTM people transition due to escape sexism and end up regretting it. There certainly are. However, 95% of the time that isn't the case. GCs should stop repeating the majority of trans men transition to escape sexism or insist most trans man will regret their transition. A few weeks ago on r/FTM, a guy posted a photo of his chest 14 years post-op. Not everyone regrets it.

I do take my own advice. You notice on this very comment chain I cited sources from actual trans men. When I said passing trans men are treated as male by society, it's because I've seen numerous trans men online write this has been their experience. It is GCs who speak over trans men about their experience.

Why would we? What are you even trying to ask here?

We aren’t in their spaces telling them they are wrong. Speaking about them in our spaces is hardly speaking for or over anybody.
