...okay. Estradiol is technically used for the treatment of cancer, sure. It doesn't change that only one specific type is cytotoxic and it ain't the bioidentical kind. But sure, very dangerous.

I'll keep pushing safe avenues for minors to get treatment, and if medical treatment has been barred from them because some terrible people legislated against it im not going to tell them tough luck have fun suffering bye. And we've already done the whole "is transition effective" game, you made it very clear you just don't believe it is despite not having any credile evidence, so we don't really need to play that game again. Lol, can’t explain how it’s legal to sell children prescription drugs over the internet without license to sell drugs and no script for the kids buying it but sure, I’m the one who’s bullshitting.

The FDA regulates hormones supplements as supplements, not prescription drugs. I explained this above.

I call radfems monsters for denying minors access to medical care. Turns out you can really call anyone anything.

Definitely get that, I like pictures to keep for memories though, even if I know they won't turn out well. My silly camera phone tried it's hardest with the last solar eclipse.

Then why are they listed as rx only?

You can call anyone anything but it doesn’t make you right. Like calling transing kids medical care. Like calling cosmetic surgeries life saving. Like calling men women.

What I call tra is based on the words and actions of tra, not an opinion made because tra has hurt my feelings.

Right but when I call treating dysphoric kids medical care, I have sources to back me up, and when you call that child grooming (somehow?) and try to prevent access to it, you have... What? A study that says puberty blockers offset the biological changes that come with puberty and some assorted study reviews that say trans people are less happy than cis people? Thats it. Medical denialism is medical denialism, even if you dont want it to be.

I call them groomers because of people like alok saying little girls are kinky and because it supports experimentally interfering with puberty to induce desired cosmetic results.

Experimenting on children to make them grow up looking a certain way is peak groomer behaviour.

Y’all have a fucked up idea of what medically necessary is if you can say with a straight face that cosmetic treatments for psychological disturbance is an ethical and medically required route.

Also i swear none of you actually believe dysphoria exists. It's always the whims of adults with drugs 'experimenting' on unsuspecting, innocent children, as if they aren't already messed up in the head. You don't like the current method of treatment? Then. Provide. Concrete. Evidence. Against. It. Id fucking LOVE to live in a world where dysphoria could be treated without transition. It's not a fun experience, you will be discriminated against, there is nothing I wish more than for dysphoric kids to not suffer.

But that alternative treatment doesnt exist. So stay out of the way of the one we have which is proven to work until it does.

You can only blame transactivists for the lack of alternative treatments. After all, TRAs are the ones who keep suppresing any research that may go against the party line (1, 2, 3). They are the ones who are keen on label anything other than "affirmative treatement" as "conversion therapy" (4). And don't get me started on the sloppiness of pro-QT researchers... Like the people at the Tavistock who embarrased themselves before the High Court with their apparent lack of capability for keeping patient's data (5). By the way, when TRAs keep driving away any heath care proffessional who question the official narrative (6), is any wonder you're left with unscrupulous doctors who only care about profit and being able to perform human experimentation?

I... Feel like I shouldn't have to explain social media presence has only been a big factor in peoples minds for no more than the past 5-6 years. You won't see me defending people stopping science from happening, but what about alllllll the time before that. You do understand that trans people have been studied in earnest for more than 30 years, right? Were tras shooting those studies down for the other 25?

Yes, I'm aware of that. I don't think the doctors from yesteyear put much effort in trying to find alternative methods. However, even today many trans people are fine with the "medical trasition" offered to them because it validates their identities. Not only that, transactivists aims to eliminate any kind of "gatekeeping". I can't say for certain there would more options available now for trans identified individuals if not were for transactivists, but they certainly aren't helping.

And it's hard for me to believe you when you say that you'd prefer children to be treated without a need for transition given your opinion on not given minors GnRH agonists and CSH. Before gender clinics started affirming the children's self-diagnostics, most of them used to desist in their cross-sex identification.

Dysphoria is no longer needed to be a trans, and by modern researches majority of trans people nowadays do not have any kind of dysphoria.

Up to 90% of transitioning girls have no gender dysphoria and not "true trans", they are just homosexual and no one told them "it is okay to be gay". For boys number is up to 80% and by Tavistock and Canadian doctor interviews - many homosexual boys are brought there by homophobic parents, so it is not even their own choice.
