Surely, Cloudflare check in every 5 minutes (403 errors just mean you tried to comment/post before passing a check).

Yeah, it seems like submitting a comment doesn't perform the check, so what you have to do is copy your comment, refresh the page (which will make it do the check again), then paste your comment back and submit. Mildly annoying but manageable.

This workaround works in 80% of the cases for me.

Exactly this. Just copy your comment to the clipboard, refresh the page, paste it and hit save.
