The notion that saying "Israel does X" where X can mean anything from "kills babies", "commits genocide and ethnic cleansing", "supports terrorism" etc. will change anything is wrong.

They know. They don't care. And for the average dumb person this has been normalized beyond belief.

Did you know that a cars, walls and infrastructure were vandalized in the West Bank (legal Palestinian territory) by Jewish extremists yesterday? You probably didn't. Now imagine if the same thing happened in Tel Aviv. The whole world would've have gone crazy because evil antisemitic Mudzlimes are attacking innocent children in Israel!!!!111!!`

Worth pointing out most articles don't include the fact that it was the rebels, backed by the US & coalition, that used the chemical weapons, in the title or even the body of the article.

The ones that do word it in an accusatory way: "Regime claims that..." "Russia says that...".

Goes without saying stripping your stomach from its acid is also very bad.

Yes, peroxide makes you gag because, like other poisons, it makes you want to vomit. If you would drink it after a meal the same thing would happen.

Yes, when used appropriately and advised by a physician. You wouldn't stand in front of radiation and expect it to magically heal you, the same way you shouldn't pick up a bottle of peroxide and chug it expecting it to cure your cancer.

I'm going through the reddit post and seeing everyone talk against using peroxide... till it hit me that you're the OP that posted FOR using it. Are you actually fucking nuts? Jesus Christ if you actually read this for the love of God don't ingest H2O2 or you'll end up with a potato brain like OP here. I'm all in for the fact that reddit admins are shills and/or have an agenda but by God this isn't real.

Again, do not ingest hydrogen peroxide. It can lead to serious, irreversible health problems. Feel free to try it on mice or chickens if you're sadistic enough to do that, or just red meat from your local grocery store, and see what happens for yourself.

I really understand your concern that reddit admins are trying to hide something and are trying to influence others. But at this point you're putting the lives of others in danger. It's not a conspiracy. It's called stupidity.

There's always been rivalry, but nowhere near what it is today.

I would say it is Al-Saud who were propped up by the West. They spread their own version of Islam: Wahhabism. "It has been variously described as "ultraconservative", "austere", "fundamentalist", or "puritan(ical)".

All fundamentalist groups, like ISIS and Al-Qaeda, follow that sect.

This isn't even a conspiracy theory - we all know the US funds terrorist groups to destabilize regions. Who pitted the Sunnis and the Shia against one another in the middle east? Who toppled governments over and over again from Iran to Chile to others? Who actively funds, arms and retains Al-Saud in Saudi Arabia, which has the biggest propaganda campaign that spreads terror?

Wasn't it Hillary who said (paraphrasing) "Let us get the Muslims to fight each other so Israel & allies could benefit"? The only countries that stood in the way of Israel - Iraq, Lebanon, Syria and Egypt - were permanently wrecked. Israel broke 65 UN resolutions. Iraq broke two, one of them turned out to be false.
Guess which one was invaded & its population slaughtered, and which one gets free handouts.

You're right, the reason the very first civilization on earth flourished in (modern day) Iraq was because of the fertile land from the two rivers. Mongols did destroy Baghdad, the that was rather long ago -- the main reason the country is doing poorly was because of British colonialism, then Saddam Hussain, Iran-Iraq war, Gulf War, American invasion.... and finally poor governance and spread of religious extremism.

All these things and more collectively lead to what you see right now, the 5th most oil-rich country in the world looking like the poorest one.

You are Iraqi?

Yup! I'm an ethnic Assyrian (you can tell from the flair) - Assyrians are the indigenous people of Iraq, Syria, Iran and Turkey. Our history goes back thousands of years, we claim descent from the ancient Assyrians of Mesopotamia. We are what's usually labeled as "Iraqi Christians" (but there's more to us than just religion - we're a distinct ethnic group different from Arabs or Turks, have our own language and culture.) Although in the past 2 centuries, particularly in 1915, our numbers have dwindled from millions to a few hundred thousands, and we're at a steady decline as more and more people are being killed or are immigrating abroad.

Now the banknote is club-appropriate.

Hey, don't worry about it -- I honestly didn't even interpret your comment with that meaning.

Yeah, nothing ever since the independence of Iraq from the Brits have been going in Iraq's favor. We've had countless dictators, genocides, separatist movements, environmental damage, and so much more -- and the Iraq war was the final nail in the coffin that permanently wrecked the country. Kind of contradictory to literally everything in Iraq's history before that, beginning thousands of years ago.
