This is the same case where the judge determined his 20 acre palace was worth 18 million where a half ace property on the same block sold for 50?

That wasn't the Judge. That was the Palm Beach County tax appraiser's valuations, which ranged from $18 million to $37 million.

That valuation is based on is profit as a club, not on the resale value.

But note that in 2020 Trump disputed a $26M valuation of Mar-a-lago as too high. His problem is that he's saying "less than $26M" to the tax office and "over $420M" to his banks. You can get away with a little bit of that with just a fine and paying your tax bill, but 1600% difference is the sort of thing that gets you a little bit more trouble. Especially if you're doing it with all your properties.

But the sale price compared to a half-acre property would be affected by the fact that Trump signed away the development rights for the 20 acre property in 1993. That would make a half acre block more appealing to a lot of people.

Further to his woes is he didn't mention that the property can't be developed when he valued it to the banks, and used a price you could only land on if you could sub-divide and develop.

Would you like more references?

All this stuff has come out in court, so it is well reported on.

Here's the judgement. As you can fucking see, as well as everyone else, on page 26-27:

In 1995, Donald Trump signed a "Deed of Conservation and Preservation Easement" in which he gave up his right to use Mar-a-Lago for any purpose other than as a social club (the "1995 Deed"). NYSCEF Doc. No. 901. In 2002, Donald Trump signed a "Deed of Development Rights." NYSCEF Doc. No. 902. As part of granting a conversation easement to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Donald Trump agreed that "Trump intend[s] to forever extinguish [his] right to develop or use the Property for any purpose other than club use" (the "2002 Deed"). The 2002 Deed also specifically "limits changes to the Property' including, without limitation, the division or subdivision of the Property for any purpose, including use as single family homes, the interior renovation of the mansion, which may be necessary and desirable for the sale of the Property as a single family residential estate, the construction of new buildings and the obstruction of open vistas." Id. In exchange for granting the easement, Mar-a-Lago was taxed at a significantly lower rate (the club rate) than it otherwise would have been (the private home rate). NYSCEF Doc. No. 903.

From 2011-2021, the Palm Beach County Assessor appraised the market value of Mar-a-Lago at between $18 million and $27.6 million. NYSCEF Doc. No. 905.

Notwithstanding, the SFCs' values do not reflect these land use restrictions. Donald Trump's SFCs for 2011-2021 value Mar-a-Lago at between $426,529,614 million and $612,110,496, an overvaluation of at least 2,300%, compared to the assessor's appraisal. NYSCEF Doc. Nos. 769-779.

It is all bull shit.

None of the left is interested in justice.

They are interested in prosecuting trump.

This makes our judicial system look like the banana republic.

It dosent matter how you phrase any bull shit you spew.

It is all bull shit.

By which you mean true?

None of the left is interested in justice.

By which you mean "I'm personally salty at some of the left"?

They are interested in prosecuting trump.

By which you mean applying the rule of law to everyone equally?

This makes our judicial system look like the banana republic.

By which you mean by applying the law equally, the judicial systems fails to look like a banana republic?

It dosent matter how you phrase any bull shit you spew.

By which you mean that you don't care what the facts are, you just want Trump to be above the law?

If you were interested in justice, Julian Assanage wouod not be in jail.

Jeffery Epestine clients would be in jail.

You make me irate.

At the moment he's being held by the British. What do you want me to do?

Obama commuted Chelsea Manning's sentence. Biden can't pardon someone who hasn't been convicted.

Jeffery Epestine clients would be in jail.

We're working on getting Trump in there. So that's one of Epstein's clients.

Do you think he is genuinely too dumb understand that the statue of limitations means Ivanka isn't charged, not that she's can't be called as a witness?

Or does he just just think his supporters are too dumb to understand that?

So, children are now forced to testify against their parents? Can you even tell me what his crime was? And against who?

[–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

So, children are now forced to testify against their parents?

Yep. New York does not have a statutory parent-child privilege. It exists in common law based on the fact that a child would be expected to talk out their problems with a parent, and the law protects similar discussions with a doctor, priest or psychologist.

However, Ivanka is 41 year old adult, and Trump is no longer her legal guardian. And neither is Trump the only defendant.

Can you even tell me what his crime was?

Fraud. It's a civil case though.

And against who?

Well he inflated his value to the banks and deflated it to the IRS. So up to both of those.

machinery

Makes one wonder whether they mean some big system mostly controlled by AI or just an organization of idiots. I expect the latter.

    Off topic.

But it seems more likely than not that the hospital strike was a Hamas misfire, at the moment.

The Israeli Military gave evacuation orders to the hospital. (And 19 others in the Gaza strip), and that certainly contributed to the confusion around the initial reporting, and makes is understandable that Hamas made a genuine mistake when reporting that it was an Israeli strike.

I would guess that those evacuation orders contributed to the deaths from a misfire that his the carpark more than the buildings.

In any case, Israel's response appears to be slaughtering an unjustifiable number of civilians.

I think everything in the news should be taken with a grain of salt, especially messages that come from the Son of a Hamas leader.

Hamas/Muslim assassins blazed into Israel with orders to kill and to kidnap, do you think they're not trained to lie their way out of this situation and to act like they are not friends with Hamas?

I can promise you that the Islamic agenda is to rid the world of every Jewish person they will not be happy until each and every one of them are dead and buried.

The world will soon be governed by Saudi royals and Iranian royals and of course let's not forget the sufis.

I think that the Palestinian agenda is to have an economy not strangled by the Israelis. And land and freedom of movement to develop.

Certainly they blazed into Israel with orders do kill and to kidnap, and that shouldn't be given any support.

But António Guterres is correct. It didn't happen in a vacuum.

Well I can tell you that when I was praying with Muslims some of those boys treated me like a dog. The drugged me in a small room half a dozen of them did it and they stole what was in my briefcase inside of a masjid.

They told me that when Islam controls an area that no muslim will ever be charged or convicted or jailed for killing a non-muslim.

They also told me that when we go to war as Muslims that we do not involve the women and the children, but that seems to be what they did in this Israeli attack.

I suppose we only follow the Quran in times of peace

Unusual. I've found Muslim countries especially safe for an outsider. That's where I would hope to be if caught without money or language. They have been genuinely generous, and free from the tendency in many parts of the world to rip outsiders off.

They told me that when Islam controls an area that no muslim will ever be charged or convicted or jailed for killing a non-muslim.

    Where and when was this?

I suppose we only follow the Quran in times of peace

That's plausible. Violence begets violence amongst all people, religious or not.

nope, this was in houston texas.. they drugged me inside of a masjid and copied some software that was perhaps valuable. they didnt give a fk about me. i was a pawn. i got duped.

to add insult to injury, when i stopped going to the prayers with them, they called me and told me that if i stop going to prayers that i should be executed.

i am fairly confident that muslims started all of this bullshit with the israelis.

    [–]ActuallyNot[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (12 children)

    Oh really?

Drugging people is pretty serious. Did you complain to the police?

    [–]HonkyTonky 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (11 children)

no, of course i didnt call the police.. they couldnt have done anything if i had done that.. i had no witnesses.. i would have sounded crazy.. i didnt even say anything to these men that did it, cuz if they dont have a problem drugging me and robbing me then they wouldnt have any issue with lying about it or perhaps killing me.

i do realize that sounds a bit whack, but it happened.

i always pack my laptop bag in a very specific manner, my laptops go in the bag with the hinge facing down and the base of it facing the center pouch of the bag and when i woke up both laptops were inserted into the bag in a different way.. i always coil up my power cords and wrap the velcro strap around but when i woke up they were just jumbled up and crammed into the bag...

about a year later, i chatted with some muslims online in a muslim forum and i asked them how to handle this situation where i was drugged and robbed, and they laughed at me and called me a liar and one told me that he had his shoes come up missing at the masjid and that it was no big deal.. he actually compared me being drugged and robbed to him having a pair of shoes come up missing.

islam has one agenda, and they are so close to achieving it, and that is to rid the world of jews and to rule over the entire world.

    alhamdullilah(praise god)
