I don't even care that much, it's just like, wtf.

Is anything on this damn internet real anymore?

I have the exact same thought with SaidIt, M7
- notice the lack of engagement here

Am I being shadowbanned on SaidIt? Or, are the accounts here bots?

There's no shadowbanning. 3/4 of everything I ever post never gets above 1 upvote, mine.

Shadow-banning was obvious when I tried looking for the raw footage I'd already seen, after watching heavily narrated / edited and front page promoted videos claiming 'see: no resisting arrest'. (Google / Youtube were partly responsible for the civil unrest / riots.)

I can see you.

No, it's just general apathy.

I often upvote your stuff although I rarely contribute to it. I just don't have anything to say on overthrowing the 1%. I'm content if us peons just don't get subjugated too hard.

Although sometimes posts just get overlooked sadly.

It is theoretically possible that the Internet bubble isn't just a collection of people that like a cult believe something outrageous; it is possible that all the content you consume on social media is literally tailored specifically for you with nobody else ever seeing that content. All the comments could be fake. All the content could be fake and you would never know, unless you actively searched for it (which means you first need to have some awareness of how dystopian it can get).

Start your searches, and the algo readjusts.... What is real anymore?

If you want to learn who David Cole is or why Hitler actually hated Jews, you'd need a rare search engine like Yandex.

[–]Dragonerne 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

Yandex is owned by a jew, but yes, it is less censored than the jewish google.

Thanks for the heads-up! I've tested a dozen search engines, and they all fail. -Any suggestions?

Brave

I can’t in good conscience recommend using Brave Search, as the company runs cryptocurrency, has held payments to creators without disclosing that creators couldn’t receive rewards, has made dangerously misleading claims about fingerprinting resistance, note 10 is run by a CEO who spent thousands of dollars opposing gay marriage, and has rewritten typed URLs with affiliate links.

Yikes

Haven't found any good
