A Solution for Felony Crime

Castrate the perps. They can choose a huge jail sentence or neutering. We neuter dogs, cats, horses for better behavior. Castrating violent criminals also reduces the gene pool of violent low IQ people. Save money and make a better society: win-win.

Felony crime dosent mean violent crime. You never know when you will need these citizens.

Also, you never foresee the unintended consequences. China would have never foreseen that they were totally destroying their country with the 1 child policy.

Chinese actually did some very positive genetics: well off (often smarter) Chinese just paid the fines and had families. Poor people had one. Also, men now have to compete for fewer females. The smartest most successful will get females.

Our court system is horribly unreliable. We probably shouldn't even allow it to cage people, due to its high failure rate.

Out of interest, why did you stop short of the death penalty, seeing as you're favouring a kind of permanent solution that assumes the person is irrevocably damaged and simply can't be helped?

    I'm not sure you'd get much less red tape when you told people you wanted to castrate people. I think a lot of that red tape comes from trying to ensure you don't kill the wrong person... Which, if I was on "Castration row", I'd want that same red tape as well! Especially if I was innocent. I do all my favourite things with my cock.

    That’s what the British did for hundreds of years. Incarceration is expensive. But the modern world is kind hearted and wouldn’t tolerate killing rapists, murderers, drug dealers and manufacturers, and the like.
