Do you think if hateful X supremists use "have a nice day" as a signal for "kill all Y people".....then would you complain 'hurr durr now they're saying you can't tell people to have a nice day'

How is saying "It's okay to be white" a hateful statement? Or some codeword for killing others?

It depends on when you use it and what you're signalling with it
